The Game Designer, Mathematician is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing the functional mechanics and mathematical models of original online casino games developed by RSI’s in-house game studio. The Game Designer defines features, bonus structures, paytable economics, and underlying math models that determine how games play, perform, and engage players, while also contributing to the design and optimization of site-wide promotional and gamification mechanics that reflect the RSI brand.
The Game Designer owns the full functional design-to-model lifecycle for each game, from initial concept and feature design through mathematical modeling, PAR sheet creation, simulation validation, and iterative tuning, in close collaboration with engineering, product, and creative teams. You will be involved in designing and executing test cases, ranging from manual testing to writing end-to-end and integration testing with our test automation framework.

As part of our team, you will be building new products using latest technologies; actively contributing towards our cloud-hosted, multi-brand frontend platform, which is supporting our brands.
Our Frontend stack includes: latest version of Angular, Angular Material, TypeScript, NgRx, RxJS, HTML5, StencilJS, Puppeteer, Playwright; and the frontend consumes RESTful APIs and Web Sockets.
As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for software development in an agile team. You will be contributing directly to the success of our products by materializing our product teams' visions into a tangible user experience. You will participate in sprint planning, task estimation, development, testing, code reviews and deployment; where you will be implementing new features as well as maintaining and improving the existing functionality.

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our Brand Experience (BX) area. This role takes a holistic approach to Quality Assurance – from functional testing to automation engineering. You will be involved in designing and executing test cases, ranging from manual testing to writing end-to-end and integration testing with our test automation framework.
Writing and maintaining automated tests is an important part of this role - but it’s not the whole story. You can have the chance to get involved in evolving our automation frameworks, improving CI/CD processes, and shaping how quality is approached across multiple brands. You will work closely with other Developers, Tech Leads, Architects and Product teams to drive a strong Quality Engineering culture. This is a role for QA engineers who want to understand systems end-to-end, put themselves in the customer’s shoes and drive quality on all fronts.

We are looking for a Performance Architect to join our Sportsbook Technology organization and take end‑to‑end ownership of performance as a first‑class architectural concern across our platform.
This role has a strong focus on frontend performance, while also requiring solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems, enabling close collaboration with other Architects, DevOps, and engineering teams.
