• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex compliance projects and regulatory interactions.

The role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Malta. As Commercial Finance Manager, you will manage complex billing processes, ensure financial integrity across systems, and support key financial reporting and analysis activities.

As a Commercial Finance Manager your day-to-day work will look like:

• Prepare approximately 150 monthly invoices across 50 customers, ensuring accuracy, compliance with complex contractual terms, and adherence to tight deadlines.
• Calculate and prepare monthly supplier charges for live event and data costs, based on detailed contractual terms.
• Process month-end revenue and third-party data supplier costs for the entire group in Sage X3.
• Maintain regular communication with both internal stakeholders (across multiple locations and departments) and external customers and suppliers.
• Reconcile all revenue-related balance sheet accounts across all group entities.
• Produce monthly reporting of overall revenue, segmented by customer, region, and revenue stream.
• Report monthly profitability analysis of live event income and data supplier costs to relevant stakeholders.
• Support additional quarterly reporting requirements for stock exchange filings.
• Update the rolling revenue forecast for the group at least monthly.
• Maintain a register of key financial information for all customer and data supplier contracts.
• Ensure financial integrity and consistency across multiple internal systems and reporting tools (e.g. Sage X3, Looker).
• Chase outstanding debtors and manage credit control processes with customers.
• Contribute to various ad hoc projects aimed at improving revenue processes and overall finance operations.
• Provide secondary support to the SVP Finance and CFO during periods when the Head of Commercial Finance is unavailable.

You’ll be a great fit for the role, if you:

• Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA); Would suit candidates from either gaming industry or from Big 4/equivalent who have worked on gaming industry clients.
• Exceptional Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and BI tools such as Looker (or equivalent).
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with proven experience handling complex calculations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships across multiple departments and with external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to embed compliance into system design and delivery, ensuring consistency, alignment, and effective knowledge sharing across functions.
• Foster strong collaboration with the Managing Director for the Italian market and his team as well as with the Technical Director (Italy) to align on strategic initiatives, regulatory priorities, and operational execution.
• Execute directives cascaded by the Head of Legal & Compliance (Italy) and/or the General Counsel with accuracy and diligence, while maintaining proactive and regular engagement with the Head of Legal & Compliance (Italy), the General Counsel, and senior management to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving business objectives and strategic priorities. Promptly escalate critical risks to ensure executive visibility and informed decision-making.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities (including ADM and Sogei) ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries. Engage with ADM and/or Sogei as necessary on technical compliance matters, including the preparation and submission of required reports.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in technical compliance within the iGaming sector is required.
• Proven experience in the Italian gambling market is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related topic.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in Italy, including non-technical online gambling laws, regulations, requirements and standards (GDPR, AML etc.).
• Holds a good understanding of industry’s best practices such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, ISO 9001 etc.

About this role in the team:

We're looking for an experienced Financial Crime Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of our financial crime tools and systems, managing the engineering backlog, and driving a roadmap focused on mitigating financial crime risk. This role is crucial to ensuring our technology remains robust, compliant, and ahead of evolving threats like money laundering, fraud, and sanctions evasion.

You will act as the key liaison between the business and our engineering teams, translating complex financial crime requirements into clear, actionable user stories. You will manage the backlog, prioritize tech debt, and champion new features and innovation that directly enhance our ability to detect and prevent illicit financial activity across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear, prioritised product roadmap for all FinCrime tools and systems. Ensure this roadmap aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and our overall risk strategy.
• Backlog Management: Own and manage the engineering backlog. This includes writing detailed user stories, refining requirements, and prioritising features, enhancements, tech debt, and bugs to ensure a continuous and efficient development cycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering teams. Effectively communicate product vision, requirements, and priorities. Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Financial Crime Intelligence, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and define product solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the FinTech, Financial Services, or a related technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing an engineering backlog and working directly with development teams in an Agile or Scrum framework.

The role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Malta. This is an exciting opportunity for an accountant who is eager to step into a dynamic environment and contribute to a business operating at the forefront of the sports betting industry.

As a Commercial Finance Analyst your day-to-day work will look like:

• Preparing calculations and monthly invoices for our Odds Feed customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness, compliance with complex contractual terms, and adherence to tight deadlines.
• Calculate and prepare monthly supplier charges for live data costs, based on detailed contractual terms.
• Monthly reconciliations of sporting events to data suppliers
• Ensure ongoing financial integrity of our Odds Feed reporting database (via Looker).
• Process month-end revenue journals and third-party data supplier costs into Sage X3 each month.
• Produce monthly reporting of Odds Feed revenues, segmented by customer, region, and revenue stream.
• Report monthly profitability analysis of live event income and data supplier costs to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the forecasts of the group for their relevant parts.
• Maintain a register of key financial information for relevant customer and data supplier contracts.
• Contribute to various ad hoc projects aimed at improving revenue processes and overall finance operations.
• Provide secondary support to the Commercial Finance Manager and wider finance team as required.

The Senior Game Integrity Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, fairness, and security of poker gameplay. This position is responsible for proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving complex integrity threats, including bot activity, collusion, and third-party tools.

As a senior individual contributor, this role provides advanced analytical insights, supports cross-functional initiatives, and contributes to the continuous improvement of game integrity tools, processes, and strategies. The Senior Analyst also serves as a subject matter expert, helping guide best practices and supporting less experienced team members where needed.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze player activity, gameplay data, and other relevant data points to detect sophisticated patterns of suspicious behavior, including bot usage, collusion, chip dumping, and real-time assistance tools
• Lead complex investigations into flagged or reported player activity and determine appropriate actions in alignment with integrity policies.
• Monitor, investigate, and help resolve game integrity issues, ensuring timely and consistent enforcement of rules and procedures.
• Provide advanced game integrity analysis and actionable insights to support investigations, trend monitoring, and the identification of suspicious player behavior, while sharing relevant insights with the Poker Operations and Marketing teams as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Risk, Payments, and Marketing teams to address integrity-related inquiries and ensure a seamless player experience.
• Partner with the Game Integrity & Data Analytics Manager to enhance and develop monitoring tools, detection methodologies, and reporting capabilities.
• Identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for process improvements, contributing to the evolution of game integrity frameworks.
• Support documentation and refinement of standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert in game integrity, providing guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts as needed.
• Support leadership on strategic and operational initiatives related to game integrity, player protection, and ecosystem health.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or a related discipline preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in game integrity or related integrity-focused roles, preferably within poker, while experience from other environments will also be considered.
• Deep understanding of poker game integrity, including bot detection, RTA detection, collusion, chip dumping, and the identification of other integrity and fraud vectors.
• Strong experience in defining game integrity policies and designing, optimizing, and maintaining operational procedures to support consistent, effective, and scalable GI decision-making.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with data analytics platforms or querying tools is a plus.
• Experience working with R, python or other similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.

About this role in the team:

As a Reconciliations Analyst, you will be a cornerstone of our daily operations, ensuring the absolute integrity of our financial records across both fiat and digital assets. This is not just a "numbers" role - we are looking for a tech-forward individual who is passionate about automation and AI-driven efficiencies.

You will deliver accurate internal and external reconciliations while proactively identifying ways to optimise our workflows. From investigating complex discrepancies and collaborating with Product & Engineering teams, you will play a vital role in BVNK’s growth and regulatory excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Automation

• Reconciliations: Perform complex reconciliations across various entities, covering bank accounts, customer accounts and intercompany transactions across both Fiat and Digital Assets.
• Innovation: Proactively leverage automation tools and AI-powered solutions to transition manual processes into efficient, tech-led workflows.
• Data Management: Import and manage internal and external data sets, recording daily cash balances and monitoring fund movements to ensure timely resolution of outstanding transactions.
• System Integrity: Create and maintain daily reconciliation templates for all group entities and ensure system and client data accuracy, including NAV reporting.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Reporting: Ensure all reconciliations align with financial records to support the preparation of financial statements and the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Audit & Control: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits, providing detailed documentation, methodology explanations, and root-cause investigations for discrepancies.
• Standardisation: Oversee new product journeys and lead the implementation of improved, standardised reconciliation processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partnership: Work alongside Treasury and Payment Operations to refine reporting outputs and partner with Product & Engineering to test new external provider integrations.
