💳 What You’ll Be Doing

You won't just be answering phones—you'll be the key driver in our Danish-market operations, helping customers navigate financial products while turning inquiries into success stories!

• Frontline Customer Hero: Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and live chat regarding card products, loan applications, and account setups.
• Drive Sales & Conversions: Identify customer needs, pitch loan and card options, and convert incoming leads/applications into active accounts.
• Onboarding & Verification: Guide Danish customers smoothly through the onboarding process, including basic document checks and compliance.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Risk, Payments, and Collections teams to keep operations seamless.

Requirements

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

This role requires a mix of service-minded empathy and target-driven ambition. To apply, you must have:

1. CS + Sales Experience (Required): Proven experience in both Customer Support AND Sales inside a call center, contact center, or BPO environment. You know how to overcome objections, handle call flows, and smash your KPIs.
2. Language Power: Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish, plus strong written and spoken English.
3. Target-Driven Mindset: You enjoy turning a standard customer support call into a sales win.
