The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Product Data Assistant  will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will support by completing basic product data entry and preparing product information needed for online store updates.

This role is responsible for gathering product details, entering information into import templates, performing simple quality checks of product listings, and coordinating with internal teams to collect required assets such as mockups and logo files.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Product Data Entry

• Enter product information into provided templates and data sheets.
• Gather and input details such as size charts, descriptions, specifications, and basic product attributes.
• Maintain updated product data files for each assigned e-commerce store.

Product Import File Preparation

• Assemble product import files according to established formats and requirements.
• Ensure all required fields are completed before submitting files to the IT team for system import.

Pricing & Product Updates

• Receive instructions for pricing updates and prepare the corresponding information for IT implementation.
• Update internal product files to reflect new or revised product details.

Product Quality Checks

• Perform basic quality checks on e-commerce product listings to verify the accuracy of images, product names, descriptions, and specifications.
• Flag discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team member.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Production to confirm that logo files and decoration details are up to date.
• Work with the Art team to obtain the necessary product mockups for product imports.
• Share completed files and information with the E-Commerce Technology team as instructed.

Company Standards

• Comply with all company standards as outlined in the employee handbook.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.  
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce support, merchandising support, or administrative work.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filters, and simple formulas such as basic VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
  • Salesforce experience is a huge plus
  • Comfort working with digital assets, including images and mockups, is preferred but not required.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
  • E-commerce product data entry and maintenance.
  • Product import file preparation and data validation.
  • Product pricing updates and product information management.
  • Basic product listing quality assurance.
  • Coordination of product images, mockups, logo files, and decoration details.

• • Collaboration with Production, Art, IT, and E-Commerce Technology teams.
