Position Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• ƒ Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
• ƒ Perform detailed Health Insurance sales needs analysis, identifying matching plans.
• ƒ Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients;

guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.

• ƒ Assist clients through the electronic enrollment process.
• ƒ Assist internal manager and staff with additional customer service needs.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, agents and carriers.ƒ
• Project management excellence with attention to detail.ƒ
• Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customer base.ƒ
• Ability to work independently while staying on task.ƒ
• Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well.ƒ
• Must take initiative to help and resolve issues.

Bonus Skills:

• ƒ Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Healthsherpa.
