Data Analyst
• Analyze sales commission data to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payouts.
• Validate commission transactions by reconciling sales, revenue, and commission system data.
• Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies, payment disputes, and data inconsistencies.
• Prepare recurring commission reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Sales, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Support monthly and quarterly commission accrual calculations and related accounting entries.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Accounting, Payroll, and HR teams to maintain alignment between compensation plans and commission system calculations.
• Assist in the administration, testing, and maintenance of commission management systems.
• Monitor compliance with policies, and internal controls.
• Analyze commission trends, sales performance, and plan effectiveness, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Support annual compensation plan updates by evaluating historical performance data and commission outcomes.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve commission calculation accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain documentation for commission processes, calculations, controls, and data definitions.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with sales commission administration, incentive compensation, or sales operations analytics.
• Understanding of commission accounting, accruals, and revenue recognition concepts.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, compensation plans, and incentive programs.
