About the role:

As our GTM Recruiter, you’ll help build the commercial team behind Coframe’s next stage of growth. Your initial focus will be building strong top-of-funnel pipelines, particularly identifying and engaging exceptional Account Executives and Customer Success Managers who can navigate sophisticated enterprise customers and a highly technical, emerging product. This is a sourcing-heavy role. You’ll engage exceptional candidates who are not actively applying and consistently build high-quality pipelines from scratch.

What you’ll do:

• Build pipelines of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other GTM talent through targeted outbound sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and creative outreach

• Drive candidates from initial outreach through the interview process, partnering with talent and GTM leadership on offers and closing

• Evaluate candidates based on sales performance, deal complexity, technical fluency, executive presence, and individual impact

• Partner with talent leadership and hiring managers to calibrate profiles, strengthen recruiting processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience

• Develop a deep understanding of Coframe’s product, customers, and sales motion to engage candidates credibly

• Use funnel data and strong ATS hygiene to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve results

You’re a great fit if:

• You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of GTM searches

• You have proven experience recruiting Account Executives or other technical B2B SaaS sales talent. This experience is required.

• Sourcing is one of your strongest skills. You can define target profiles, map talent markets, uncover candidates others miss, and convert passive talent.

• You have a track record of building qualified pipelines from scratch rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants or agencies

• You understand how to evaluate quota attainment, deal size, sales cycle, buyer persona, territory, and individual contribution to closed revenue

• You have recruited in a fast-moving, high-bar startup environment

• You can distinguish exceptional talent from candidates who are simply polished interviewers

• You are comfortable advising and pushing back on senior hiring managers

• You are organized and data-informed, with a strong sense of urgency, sound judgment, and high ownership

Nice to have:

• Experience recruiting for AI, developer tools, technical infrastructure, or enterprise software companies

• Experience hiring Solutions Engineers, Implementation Engineers, or other customer-facing technical talent

• An existing network of high-performing enterprise AEs and GTM leaders

• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
