We are looking for a hands-on, customer-oriented Service Technician who enjoys working independently, traveling extensively, and solving technical challenges directly at customer sites.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Perform service, maintenance, retrofit, and repair work on separators and decanters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues on-site and remotely
- Install, commission, and start up new equipment, including I/O checks, water runs, product trials, functional testing, and customer handover
- Carry out equipment adjustments and process optimization to ensure reliable operation and performance
- Coordinate troubleshooting activities with internal technical support teams when required
- Prepare service reports and technical documentation following service visits
- Provide technical support to customers across Croatia and occasionally in neighboring countries (Hungary and Slovenia)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and professional service support
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Technical vocational education in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
- Experience in service, maintenance, or commissioning of industrial equipment
- Knowledge of pumps, rotating equipment, automation systems, or separation technology is an advantage
- Independent, hands-on, and customer-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good Croatian and English language skills, both written and spoken
