What you’ll be doing

As the Regional Retail Operations Excellence Specialist, you will be the subject-matter expert driving operational excellence across Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, North Macedonia and Bulgaria. Your goal is to improve our partners’ Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio (POFR) by reducing Orders with Unfulfilled Items (UFI) and Merchant Cancellations.

You will build connections and deep knowledge up from the venue-level, support Account Managers in ops excellence topics, and act as the bridge between stores, Wolt, and your regional counterparties.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

Operational Projects

• Manage local rollout of global initiatives and new operational products and processes (e.g. substitutions, inventory adjustments, Picker Application updates) and ensure partner readiness
• Run pilots and share learnings globally to improve picking efficiency, inventory management and item data quality
• Conceptualize and project manage initiatives that will improve country and partner operational efficiency and fulfillment reliability (picker incentive programmes, implementation of picking routes etc)

Performance Management

• Track and analyse Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio, and its most important sub-drivers
• Identify root causes for low operational performance and define actionable improvement plans together with partners and their Account Managers
• Distinguish between behavioural, process, and data/integration-driven performance issues
• Lead recurring operational reviews with major merchants and follow up on agreed actions

In-Store Operations & Training

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and regional managers
• Conduct regular store visits, staff training, and picker coaching making sure all venues are working based on best proven practices. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Regional Ops Heads, Product, Support and other functions on key topics like substitutions, data accuracy, and venue unavailability reduction
• Influence merchant leadership to prioritize operational excellence alongside commercial goals

Knowledge Sharing

• Document best practices, wins, and challenges efficiently in country forums
• Support peers across regions by proactively sharing learnings including to leverage AI tools to scale your own expertise to other partners and countries

Our humble expectations

• 2-5 years of experience in retail, supply and operations management, account management or similar field roles in ecommerce
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data tools (Excel, Looker, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; while having the ability to lead their own work and taking initiative
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working both on-site and cross-functionally online
• Open for travel to Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia
• Fluent in English, Croatian

You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

Required:

• 3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code (.NET) and native code.

Role 

We are looking for an AI Operations Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in our Zagreb office, reporting to Dominik Jurincic within the Red Teaming department. As an AI Operations Engineer, you will support the AI Red Team by operating and scaling the evaluation infrastructure that powers SPLX’s model benchmarks and MCP server registry. You’ll be the engineering force behind our continuous AI security testing workflows, ensuring our evaluation pipelines run reliably across a rapidly expanding ecosystem of LLMs and agentic tools.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Operate and extend our LLM benchmarking pipeline by integrating new models — whether through provider APIs or self-hosted deployments on virtualized infrastructure — and executing our security suite to populate and maintain the model benchmarks page
• Kick-off and maintain the SPLX MCP server registry by onboarding open-source MCP servers, provisioning their runtime dependencies, and running our dynamic code scanning and security testing against them
• Build and maintain reproducible deployment environments for evaluating third-party AI systems, ensuring consistent and reliable test conditions across diverse model and tooling configurations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

What You’ll Do

• Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments

JOB SCOPE

• Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to email, sms, direct mail, popups and push notifications. Where required, you may work within subscription, membership, loyalty programs and more.

JOB SCOPE

• Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to email, sms, direct mail, popups and push notifications. Where required, you may work within subscription, membership, loyalty programs and more.
• Write briefs and ensure the rest of the team is able to execute on it
• Complete reports with a high degree of accuracy, checking against multiple data points
• Analyse metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements, with Statlas and the Growth Map as your guide.
• Collaborate with design, content and any other relevant teams to create compelling and engaging email content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Ensure the timely delivery of relevant deliverables (emails, sms etc), which includes effective internal project management and management of clients and their teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new features, and best practices in retention marketing to continuously optimize performance.
• This is a client-facing role. So you must be able to consult clients and solve business problems, far beyond the email platform.
• Prioritize the development of relational equity with your team and clients to foster lasting relationships for the continued growth of CTC and our client businesses.

• First 30 days – $1.5K (Part-time transition phase)

  Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)

  • Transition to full-time

  • Begin managing your first 3 client accounts independently

  Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses

  • Continue growing your portfolio

  • Earn bonuses based on hitting revenue targets

  •  Negotiate your term contract annually

This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
