About the Brand

Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop
- Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience as well as sales and to ensure that customer needs are met to brand standards
- Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships
- Ensure complaints are well resolved
- Adhering to established standard operation procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets
- Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
- Conducting monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records
Requirements
- 0-1 years in the retail industry.
- Preferably experience in retail POS stores/counters in Beauty industry
- Solid understanding of product knowledge, events, operations, retail culture & cosmetic industry
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and adapt to a fast working environment
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
