Key Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing brand and business initiatives to achieve sales and marketing KPIs for the assigned fragrance brand.
- Manage day-to-day brand operations in Singapore, including new product listings, promotional planning with retailers, brand training coordination, and in-store animations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports (Excel & PowerPoint), including sell-in, sell-out, A&P tracking, sales performance, and competitor updates for internal and brand partner reviews.
- Follow up on new product launches from warehouse to counter, ensuring timely sell-in, tester units, display fixtures, and POSMs are delivered and installed.
- Coordinate the setup and teardown of retail animations and pop-up activations, and be present on-site to gather consumer, BA, and retailer feedback.
- Support e-commerce execution by maintaining product listings, uploading assets, updating banners, and ensuring online content is accurate and aligned with campaign timelines.
- Drive brand merchandising standards across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Conduct business analytics, including consumer profiling, sales analysis, and competitor monitoring to support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Demand Planning, Finance, and Retail to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
- Provide ad-hoc support for launch preparations, retailer meetings, and other brand projects as required.
- Coordinate POSM inventory, ensuring testers, GWPs, and merchandising materials are allocated to the right retail doors.
- Consolidate retailer feedback, BA insights, and post-campaign learnings into actionable reports.
- Monitor campaign execution across retailers to ensure promotions, pricing, and visual merchandising are implemented correctly.
- Support administrative tasks including PO tracking, sample management, meeting minutes, and maintaining brand documents.
Requirements

- Can commit to at least 3 months of full time work, ideally 6 months
- Have a proven track record
