Role Purpose

Looking for an internship where you can do more than support from the sidelines?

As a Talent Management & Development Intern in the Talent & Excitement (HR) team, you will gain hands-on exposure to both Talent Management and Learning & Development, working on regional initiatives that reach employees across LUXASIA's markets in Asia Pacific.

Over six months, you will experience how talent and learning programmes come together from design and execution to measurement and improvement. You will work on real programmes, collaborate with regional stakeholders and external partners, use data to generate insights, and take ownership of projects that improve how we develop our people.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Management

• Support the execution of development roadmaps for key talent groups, including programme coordination, participant communications, and the development of publicity and promotional materials such as eDMs and other communication collaterals.
• Support the team in working with external training partners to contextualise learning programmes based on talent development needs.
• Manage programme administration including registrations, participation tracking and evaluation.
• Analyse talent and programme metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation projects to enhance the efficiency of talent processes.

2. Learning & Development

a. Onboarding

• Support enhancements to the New Hire Induction, including content, resources and processes.
• Support the consistent implementation of the 90-Day Regional Onboarding Programme across markets and analyse onboarding feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the monthly roll out of onboarding surveys across markets, including preparing recipient lists, and sending reminders.
• Contribute to projects such as an Onboarding Dashboard and role-based onboarding playbooks.

b. Group-wide Learning

• Support the end-to-end delivery of group-wide learning programmes, including the AI Training Series, New Manager Programme and other capability-building initiatives.
• Coordinate L&D administration including registrations, communications, publicity aids, learning materials, attendance and feedback.
• Support group-wide learning needs analysis and research relevant learning trends, topics and potential speakers for initiatives such as the Learning Festival.
• Track and consolidate learning hours across markets for ESG reporting and learning analytics.
• Curate role-based LinkedIn Learning pathways to make learning more relevant and accessible to employees.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Talent Management and Learning & Development.
• Proactive, curious and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Creative, with a good eye for engaging content and presentation.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with Canva, Excel and PowerPoint, and working with data.
• A collaborative team player who works well with others.
• Interest in AI, automation and digital tools is an advantage.
