About the Role

Our client is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their growing Finance team in Malta. You'll become part of a supportive Scandinavian team, working closely with the Danish Team Leader while collaborating with colleagues from across Europe.

In this role, you'll guide customers throughout their journey, providing outstanding service while helping them with onboarding, payments, products, and account-related enquiries. You'll also identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to the team's continued success.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Guiding customers through onboarding, documentation, and product information
• Providing professional support regarding products, services, and payment options
• Identifying and following up on potential sales opportunities
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and SMS
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Working closely with the Payments and Collections teams to provide efficient customer support
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment
• Supporting customers with various account-related enquiries

You Will Also Have the Opportunity To:

• Assist with sales reports and documentation
• Support the onboarding and training of new colleagues
• Help document workflows and internal processes
• Suggest improvements to systems, tools, and daily routines
• Assist with ad hoc projects across the department

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
• No evening, weekend, or night shifts

Requirements

What You Need:

• Excellent communication skills in Danish and strong English (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service and/or sales
• Understanding of customer onboarding and verification processes
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel

Important:

To be eligible for this role, you must already hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Malta. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
