We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee end-to-end store operations, drive sales performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead a high-performing retail team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail operations, sales management, team leadership, inventory control, customer relationship management, and store performance optimisation. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations while consistently achieving business and customer-service objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive store sales, revenue, and profitability in line with business targets.
- Monitor key retail metrics including sales, conversion, average transaction value, and team KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop store sales and support teams.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and overall customer experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, product availability, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, merchandising, and internal support teams.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Maintain store hygiene, discipline, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and store documentation.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits and reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to retail SOPs, company policies, and operational processes.
- Analyse sales, inventory, and performance reports and implement corrective actions where required.
- Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, customer events, and other store initiatives.
- Prepare and share regular MIS, sales, inventory, and performance reports with management.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years of experience in retail store management, retail operations, sales, or a related field.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end store operations and sales performance.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage retail sales and support teams.
- Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, conversion, revenue, and performance management.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management, stock control, replenishment, and audits.
- Strong customer relationship management and customer-service skills.
- Experience handling customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery.
- Good understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Experience managing billing, cash handling, daily sales reporting, and store documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data and take corrective action.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
