Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Assistant Project Manager to join our site-based construction supervision team on RCRC Green Riyadh project!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure and landscape construction projects under the RCRC Green Riyadh Program.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review contractor submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports.
• Support contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation activities.
• Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, health and safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues to minimize project delays.
• Support the implementation of sustainability and environmental objectives aligned with the Green Riyadh initiative.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure, landscape, urban development, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of contract management and construction supervision practices.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
