At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to help us scale and deploy many robots in our clients’ warehouses!

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
Manage the robot deployments project from the specification phase to the operations handover
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Track project performance, control the budget, and report to relevant stakeholders
Meet with clients regularly to report on progress and discuss open items
Perform risk management to minimise potential risks
What skills we’d like you to have:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
5+ years of experience in intralogistics and/or robotics industry
Ability to independently manage multiple projects at once, ensuring OTIF delivery
Fluent German and English, enabling smooth communication with customers, partners and internal stakeholders across Europe
Customer satisfaction mindset
Can-do attitude and ability to resolve blockers and potential risks
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Very good organisational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customers’ warehouses in Europe
Willingness to learn about robots and machine learning
Technical background, Master’s degree or equivalent
