Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Assistant Project Manager to join our site-based construction supervision team on RCRC Green Riyadh project!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure and landscape construction projects under the RCRC Green Riyadh Program.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review contractor submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports.
- Support contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation activities.
- Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, health and safety requirements, and local regulations.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues to minimize project delays.
- Support the implementation of sustainability and environmental objectives aligned with the Green Riyadh initiative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Experience in infrastructure, landscape, urban development, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of contract management and construction supervision practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
