Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various critical business systems. Your role involves closely monitoring system performance, collaborating with different teams to understand challenges, and ensuring smooth operation of software components. You will engage in problem-solving activities that require attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintain system reliability and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex issues. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Continuously improve support processes to enhance system stability and user satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and customization capabilities. - Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Ability to analyze and optimize Salesforce workflows and automation processes. - Knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques specific to Salesforce environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Manila office.
