Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving complex issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Strong understanding of financial planning and forecasting principles within enterprise software environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to complex budgeting and forecasting applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between financial systems. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - This position is based at our Manila office.
