Your Team
The APAC Client Services Operations (CSO) team is responsible for staffing, capacity planning, external workforce management, operational support, management reporting, and process governance across the APAC region. The team acts as a central operational partner to Business Units, Delivery Domains, HR, FP&A, and regional leadership, driving coordination, visibility, and operational efficiency across the organization.
This position sits within the APAC CSO team and is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of external consultants, including recruitment coordination, vendor and system integrator engagement, onboarding, contract administration, and workforce governance. The role partners closely with hiring managers, alliance manager, external staffing partners, and internal stakeholders across APAC to ensure an effective and compliant external workforce management process.
Your Role
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of external consultants across APAC, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers, site managers, Alliance Manager, Delivery Domains, HR, and external staffing partners/System Integrators (SIs) to support staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of resource needs.
- Coordinate candidate pipelines, facilitate interview processes, and manage communications between stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Support contract administration activities, including procurement processes, rate approvals, contract renewals, invoicing coordination, and compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate workforce records, produce staffing and headcount reports, and provide operational insights to support workforce planning and management decisions.
- Drive process consistency and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and scalability of external workforce management operations.
Key Challenges:
- Managing multiple concurrent recruitment, onboarding, renewal, and offboarding activities across different countries, stakeholders, and time zones.
- Balancing business urgency with compliance, procurement, and approval requirements while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Coordinating effectively with a broad network of internal stakeholders and external partners to align hiring priorities and timelines.
- Maintaining data accuracy, operational visibility, and governance across a growing external workforce population.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Profile
- You have experience in workforce operations, talent acquisition, HR operations, or contingent workforce management.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy working with hiring managers, HR teams, staffing partners, and vendors.
- You have a good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and workforce governance processes.
- You are detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with workforce reports and operational metrics.
- You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate across teams, functions, and geographies.
- Experience supporting regional teams and working with external consultants or contractors is a plus.
