Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices using a PC and internal systems.
• Perform general office support duties, including regular office walk-throughs to check for cleanliness issues and identify items that need to be replaced or replenished.
• Coordinate with office service vendors, such as Office Glico and coffee service providers, including placing orders and requesting support in case of equipment issues.
• Provide other general administrative and office support as needed.

Work Environment and Support

• The role will begin with an onboarding period to help you gradually become familiar with the company, workplace, systems, and daily tasks.
• There are no individual quotas for this role, so you can learn and perform your responsibilities at a comfortable pace.
• You may take breaks as needed if you are not feeling well.
• A dedicated rest room with a bed is available in the office.
• We aim to provide a supportive work environment where employees can gradually become comfortable with their responsibilities.

• オフィスにはベッドを備えた専用の休憩室があります。
• 無理のないペースで業務に慣れていただけるよう、安心して働ける職場環境を提供します。
