Handle general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
Regularly coordinate meetings and conference (audio & video) calls
Organize complex international travel itineraries and arrangements
Screen, and where necessary act upon, all email communications (both internal & external)
Field all telephone calls
Extensive diary management
Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses
Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants
Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:
Experience in working with a mix of senior-level executives and professionals providing outstanding administrative support in a dynamic environment
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism
Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
Ability to cover teams of multiple professionals, multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Fluency in English and Korean (native) is a requirement
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work well in a growing team environment
