PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To support with office maintenance and providing general cleaning services of the World Vision Office and team houses for international assignees.
MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure up keeping of the National Office and overall premises are clean, well maintained presentable at all times
- Provide assistance in the janitorial maintenance of the office premises
- Report office maintenance issues and repair required
- Support general cleaning and up keeping of team houses when required
- Coordinate the supply of Tea & Coffee
- Inform supervisor when goods are required
- Ensure cleaning/janitorial supplies are kept at minimum stock levels.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Formal schooling & self-education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office support capabilities
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
- Good communications skills
- Basic knowledge of MS office suites
- Team Player
- Self-Motivated
- Be available to work weekends and on short notice.
