PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To support with office maintenance and providing general cleaning services of the World Vision Office and team houses for international assignees.

MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure up keeping of the National Office and overall premises are clean, well maintained presentable at all times
• Provide assistance in the janitorial maintenance of the office premises
• Report office maintenance issues and repair required 
• Support general cleaning and up keeping of team houses when required
• Coordinate the supply of Tea & Coffee
• Inform supervisor when goods are required
• Ensure cleaning/janitorial supplies are kept at minimum stock levels.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Formal schooling & self-education
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office support capabilities
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
• Good communications skills
• Basic knowledge of MS office suites
• Team Player
• Self-Motivated
• Be available to work weekends and on short notice.
