What you’ll do

As a quantitative analyst on our Treasury Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of the firm’s initiative to optimize and improve financing and capital utilization by delivering best-in-class datasets, models, and processes across asset types. The team is highly collaborative and sits within the broader Technology platform. Specifically, you will:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quantitative models for our Treasury team, including models for cash management, liquidity risk, and foreign exchange risk
• Partner with internal teams to impact the firm’s financing capabilities by delivering high-quality calculations, contributing to our Treasury analytics platform, and curating data for wider audiences
• Develop an expertise across our prime brokerage, financing models, and other firm models by engaging with partners and contributing quantitative solutions to a shared repository
• Create and implement solutions that have maximum impact
• Design, socialize, and broaden Treasury’s data platform
• Model and optimize margin across a variety of products

What you’ll achieve

• Design and analyze experiments and causal analysis to ship impactful product changes that help customers quickly find what they need on Asana, specifically for our Mobile team.
• Proactively take on Analyses and develop compelling narratives that inform product strategy and influence business & roadmap decisions.
• Defining and adding new metrics to track success of our enterprise products and aggregate and publish them to our data warehouse to help answer all types of questions proactively.

About you

• Strong technical background in statistics, math, computer science, information science, or another quantitative field
• Fluency in at least one data processing and programming language (e.g. Python, R), relational data modeling and SQL, familiarity with distributed data processing systems (e.g. Spark, Redshift)
• Expertise in statistical methods and experimental design and analysis
• Background in advanced statistical modeling (e.g. GLM, mixed effects) and/or machine learning

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 24,960 PLN - 31,937 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . • Familiarity with profit and loss fundamentals and how pricing and risk changes cascade across related products

Head of Account Management for our CEE Markets

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our Account Management team in Warsaw to lead our Central Eastern Europe (CEE) Account Management team. All of them are routed to a singular database and are available for analysis 24/7.

You will be working with the WoT Product Team responsible for the decision-making process, with the Data Warehouse team responsible for data storage, reports system, and our infrastructure, as well as 60 analytics all over the world united under Wargaming Global Analyst Network.

What will you do?

• Helping deliver important analytical insights to managers and other product teams necessary for decision making

• Use quantitative analysis to understand how the game is played and identify impact and growth opportunities

• Participating in analytical maintenance for features, game events and modes throughout all development and release stages:

  • Pre-Production Analytics: modeling likely outcomes and risks from implementing new features, game modes and events into the game; predict the future events, product KPIs and metrics; providing analysis of their full development cycle (from concept to release)
