As a Senior Art Director, you'll be a hands-on creative force within a multidisciplinary team led by the Group Creative Director. You’ll help bring big ideas to life, executing standout work across digital, social, and video with a sharp eye for craft, storytelling, and design excellence.
This role sits in the details — designing, building, and refining creative assets — while contributing to broader campaign narratives and visual systems. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Producers, and Strategists to deliver work that feels native to the platform, on-brand for a major client (one of the world’s leading e-commerce and technology platforms), and scalable across markets.
We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who is fluent in digital design, strong in visual storytelling, and comfortable creating high-quality work at speed. You’ll bring both conceptual thinking and pixel-perfect execution, along with AI fluency to help evolve and activate an established brand system across multiple sub-brands and channels.
This is not a role focused on building new brands from scratch. It’s about taking an existing brand system and bringing it to life — pushing it forward thoughtfully, expressing it with clarity and consistency, and elevating the work at scale. You’ll operate within a complex, multi-brand ecosystem, creating concepts, visual systems, and executions that feel fresh while remaining unmistakably on-brand.
Working Hours
This role is remote, but the team operates on Pacific Time (PST/PDT). Candidates must be able to work primarily within these hours.

We are seeking a strategic operator to serve as the force multiplier for our CTO and Engineering Leadership Team. Our 800-person SaaS organization has reached a pivotal scale, product-market fit is strong, velocity is high, and our next stage of growth depends on maturing our internal engine. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, delivery, and culture, ensuring that Engineering operates with clarity, efficiency, and alignment.
The Director of Engineering Operations will architect the operational rhythm of the Engineering organization, elevate decision quality through data, drive cross-functional initiatives, and build the systems that enable predictable, high-quality delivery at scale. This is a highly visible, career-accelerating role for a leader who thrives at the point where people, process, and technology meet.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Mechanics & Rhythm of Business (RoB)
· Architect and own the Engineering operating cadence, including QBRs, Monthly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, and org-wide communications.
· Drive fiscal and resource governance, partnering with Finance and HR on budgeting, headcount planning, workforce strategy, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
· Act as the communication conduit for the CTO—drafting strategic memos, board-facing narratives, and alignment messages for 400+ engineers.
Engineering Intelligence, Metrics & Insights
· Define Engineering “success” metrics, moving beyond vanity KPIs to track velocity, quality, efficiency, and people health (e.g, capital allocation, retention, eNPS).
· Own the Engineering Performance Dashboard, synthesizing complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
· Lead data-driven interventions, proactively identifying bottlenecks, risks, or delivery challenges and recommending solutions.
Delivery Assurance & Portfolio Management
· Maintain a portfolio-level view of all major engineering initiatives, serving as the CTO’s early warning system for slippage, dependency risks, and scope creep.
· Standardize delivery frameworks—create lightweight yet high-compliance definitions of "Ready" and "Done" to drive consistent execution across teams.
· Oversee major cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.
Tools, Systems & Workflow Optimization
· Optimize engineering tooling, workflows, and automation, driving adoption of systems (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD) that increase velocity and output quality.
· Partner with Engineering and Product to evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and practices that improve productivity, automation, and decision-making.
· Establish training, communication, and safe-use guidelines for responsible and effective AI integration.
Horizontal Initiatives & Cross-Functional Leadership
· Serve as the cross-functional glue between Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Customer Success, and other partners.
· Lead complex, horizontal initiatives such as GRC framework implementations, cloud migrations, or GenAI adoption programs.
· Act as a change agent, driving organizational adoption of new processes, structures, and operating models.
Engineering Business Operations
· Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
· Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HR on hiring priorities, onboarding, and retention efforts.
· Prepare operational dashboards and reporting for executive leadership and the Board.
Leadership & Culture
· Mentor and develop Engineering Operations and Program Management staff.
· Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational rigor, and data-driven decision making.
· Strengthen clarity, communication, and alignment across the Engineering org.
· Demonstrate diplomatic authority, the ability to influence without formal power, hold senior leaders (including VPs of Engineering) accountable to commitments, and preserve strong, trust-based relationship.
Required Experience/Skills
· 8–10+ years in Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, Strategy/Business Operations, or Software Engineering leadership within a high-growth SaaS environment.
· Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
· Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools—able to convert data into executive-ready narratives.
· Demonstrated experience driving AI-related innovation across engineering teams, including evaluating AI opportunities, implementing tools, and influencing change at scale.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority and build trust across all levels.
· Demonstrated success improving engineering processes, delivery predictability, and cross-functional alignment at scale.
· Experience defining operational frameworks, delivery standards, and KPI systems within a Global Organization.
· Preferred: experience with OKR frameworks, people leadership, or certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean).

Director of User Experience
As Director of User Experience, you're the rare leader who thinks like both a strategist and an artist. You speak fluent UX—information architecture, research, usability—but you also speak design—visual systems, motion, art direction. And increasingly, you speak AI: architecting conversational interfaces, exploring vibe-coded experiences, leveraging machine learning to create next-gen user experiences. You understand that great design extends beyond owned platforms—into the interfaces you design within third-party and media channels where you partner to maximize user engagement. You're looking to build and lead a team of UX and Product Designers who are equally fired up about creating experiences that are strategically sound, visually stunning, and genuinely innovative.
You juggle multiple complex projects without breaking a sweat, pivoting between high-level strategy sessions and detailed design feedback. You're the collaborator who bridges disciplines—connecting research to design, design to development, and all of it to business outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, champion the user's voice against competing agendas, and mentor your team with the same rigor you apply to your own work. This role demands someone energized by the full spectrum of design—from wireframe to final pixel.

This role goes beyond traditional Chief of Staff responsibilities. You'll design processes that leverage AI, build repeatable systems that scale, and lead entire client transformations from discovery to sustained adoption. You have the potential to grow into leading organizational-level AI implementations as the practice expands.

The Category Manager is a key driver of commercial success, transforming seasonal line plans into a high-performing, market-ready assortment. You’ll refine the product mix with precision - ensuring every SKU in your category is commercially strong, strategically priced for global markets, and positioned across channels to achieve financial targets.
Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you’ll own the physical expression of your categories from end to end. You’ll make final decisions on assortment selection (style, colour, tiering), lead pricing strategy (including off-MAP and promotional pricing), and oversee the full product lifecycle - from creating SKUs in PLM to recommending in-season markdowns or re-buys driven by performance data.
We are a community of creators who believe the best work happens when we’re together; that’s why we collaborate in-person Monday through Thursday, with Friday being flexible to work from home. This is a 9 month fixed term contract position.
Execute seasonal line plan development, including SKU counts, carryover strategy, cancellations, and newness - always aligned with the founder’s product vision and long-term assortment strategy.
Build and maintain the line list as the foundation for seasonal assortment planning and cross-functional visibility.
Collaborate closely with Design to finalize new silhouettes, feature sets, and product direction.
Contribute to documenting best practices and building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Create and maintain new styles in PLM, including style codes, naming conventions, retail pricing, and product hierarchy.
Partner with Product Development and Design through prototype rounds to ensure cost targets, margin requirements, and commercial viability are met.
Build the seasonal price list for new and carryover SKUs for final approval and ensure timely, accurate price uploads.
Recommend markdown strategies and end-of-life actions, and lead system execution.
Lead post-mortem analysis for your categories - digging into performance, uncovering gaps, highlighting risks, and identifying opportunities for future seasons.
Support Sales during sell-in with product insights and pricing clarity.
Partner with Visual Merchandising to shape retail assortments by category.
Finalize compatible SKU selection for Retail and Ecommerce and share with Planning to inform buy strategies.
Review buy files with Planning, addressing MOQs, surcharges, cancellations, and commercial considerations.
Analyze category-level performance - including sell-through, inventory turns, and regional trends - and share insights that influence cross-functional decisions.
Support ongoing performance reviews with deep sales and inventory analysis.
Recommend promotional pricing for key commercial events (BFCM, Boxing Week, Luggage Sale), including system setup and validation.
Timely execution of seasonal line plans, assortments, and system setup aligned to global strategy.
Category revenue and sell-through results that meet or exceed plan.
High accuracy in PLM setup, pricing uploads, and assortment execution with minimal downstream corrections.
Strong inventory turns and effective management of aged inventory.
Clear, actionable post-mortem and in-season insights that strengthen future line plans and commercial decisions.
3–5 years of experience in Category Management / Merchandising with a proven ability to grow a product category.
Post-secondary education in Business or Fashion Merchandising is an asset.
Skilled in Assortment Planning and Market Analysis.
Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for managing line lists.
Experience with global pricing schemas and multi-currency environments.
Strong commercial eye - balancing data, intuition, and aesthetic.
Excellent cross-functional communication and alignment skills.
Confident working under pressure to solve problems quickly.
Experience with PLM and ERP systems
Some familiarity with Power BI.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., monday.com).
Category expertise in Bags, Apparel, or Headwear would be advantageous
Experience across both Wholesale and DTC channels.
The annual salary for this role falls within the range of $81,000 - $91,000 depending on experience. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Vancouver HQ 4 days per week - Monday to Thursday, with the option to WFH on Friday.

Every product, strategy, or asset we create must be both beautiful and functional; practical, usable, and designed for real-world impact.
Humans are our most valuable resource, and we only grow by hiring people who push us forward. Across strategy, engineering, design, data, and operations, we seek out teammates who raise the bar and make us better. Always hire up, never down.
We partner with organizations of all sizes to explore, design, and implement AI strategies that are secure, scalable, and human-centered. We believe AI should amplify human potential, not replace it, and we build with that conviction in every engagement. From advisory and tooling to implementation and education, we meet clients where they are and help them integrate AI in ways that align with their mission and values. Our goal is to empower teams to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new possibilities through thoughtful, responsible innovation.
And through it all, we lead with purpose, love, and adventure. We do meaningful work with people we care about, and we make the ride an adventure worth taking. Because at Human Agency, who we are and how we work are one and the same.
Human Agency is an AI-native consultancy that builds, ships, and operates alongside our clients. We don’t advise from the sideline — we embed inside enterprise organizations and deploy production AI systems that do real work.
Our current anchor engagement is inside one of the largest privately held construction enterprises in the United States — LLM orchestration, document intelligence, workflow automation, enterprise integration. Not strategy decks. Not innovation labs. Systems that run.
We need a Managing Director of Technology to own the technical side of the house as we scale Human Agency. That means leading client delivery, making architecture calls, building the engineering team, and being the technical voice in rooms with C-suite executives. You’ll work closely on strategy with both the Founder and the Managing Director of AI — but the technical execution, the team, and the platform are yours.
This role requires someone who can move between writing production code and presenting to a client’s CEO in the same week. If that sounds like whiplash, this isn’t the right fit. If that sounds like Tuesday, keep reading.
Lead technical delivery for enterprise clients. You’re the most senior technical person in the room on our biggest engagements. You decide what’s feasible, design the architecture, and make sure it ships. When a client executive asks “can we do this?” — you’re the one who answers.
Build how we deliver, not just what we deliver. One client engagement works because of talented people and brute effort. Ten engagements work because of systems. You design the repeatable model — how we scope, staff, build, and deploy — so the team can run engagements without you in every meeting. That means building discovery frameworks, reference architectures, deployment templates, and evaluation routines that actually get used.
Hire and develop the engineering team. You set the bar, own the pipeline, and make the calls on who joins. We need people who can build with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, and you know how to find them. You also know how to make good engineers better through architecture guidance, code review, and honest feedback.
Own platform and infrastructure decisions. Build vs. buy, tooling, deployment, security — you make the calls. A Principal Engineer handles day-to-day infrastructure execution; you set priorities and architectural direction.
Shape our AI strategy through the lens of what actually ships. You have real opinions on LLM orchestration, RAG, agents, evaluation, and fine-tuning — formed by building things, not reading about them. You decide which technical bets we make and which we skip, based on what creates value for clients, not what looks good on a slide.
Bonus points for: you’ve scaled a startup or early-stage company before — built the team, built the systems, lived through the growing pains; experience in a services or consultancy model (SOWs, staffing, client delivery); a network of engineers you’ve worked with and would hire again.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus but not required
Ethics: Commitment to responsible AI practices — transparency, human oversight, privacy
Travel: Periodic (10–20%) for client work, team offsites, and events
Location: Remote-friendly; U.S. or Canada, with preference for EST timezone alignment
We’re profitable, growing, and building AI systems that run in production for billion-dollar companies. The team is small, the clients are real, and the work matters.
The work is real and the opportunity is massive. We’re building a company — the systems, the team, the delivery model, the culture — and we need someone to own the technical side of that build.
If you’re the kind of person who’d rather build the engine than describe the engine, we want to talk.

This is a new business, outbound sales development role focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
The primary objective of this role is to create qualified pipeline by booking high-quality meetings with marketing and growth leaders at best-fit brands.
You will own a defined territory of target accounts, with opportunity to hunt open accounts, and generate new opportunities through highly customized outreach - including tailored email, personalized LinkedIn engagement, and confident cold calling. Creative, insight-led outreach is encouraged.
This is not a high-volume, script-driven prospecting role. Our BDRs operate as early-stage strategic sellers - identifying brands where influencer marketing and creator commerce are active, spotting opportunities for scale or performance optimization, and earning conversations through relevant, data-aware messaging.
You will partner closely with Sales Directors and the broader GTM organization to surface opportunities aligned to Later’s influencer campaign and creator commerce model, including managed campaigns, annual programs, and performance-driven solutions.
This role reports to the Director of Business Development and sits within the Sales organization.
We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
Salary Range:
$60,000-80,000 USD OTE
*Co-op team members, independent contractors, and freelancers are not eligible for company benefits.

We’re scaling rapidly and have a growing pipeline of opportunities that demand exceptional talent across disciplines. Our mission is to bring on individuals, from creative producers to technical experts to entrepreneurial leaders, who can help us realize this next chapter of growth.
We are a company of doers. Leaders roll up their sleeves, teams work flat, and everyone contributes to what ships. Titles don’t insulate us from feedback or basics. We invite critique, learn quickly, and keep raising the bar. The best ideas win here, no matter where they come from, because clients trust us to deliver the strongest outcomes every time.
Our clients’ missions, products, and bottom lines are sacred. We immerse ourselves in their world, becoming stewards of their goals and partners in solving big problems.
We believe AI should amplify human potential, not replace it — and we build with that conviction in every engagement.
You are an entrepreneur. That's the ground-level truth. We're hiring someone who is mostly going to be building and running their own venture within Human Agency's studio — and who also sets the rules for how ventures flow across the entire studio. You run the weekly studio meetings. You are the lead critique. You own the accountability. You convince us that something is working or tell us it's not.
This is a CEO and product person rolled into one, with sales ability. If you've seen Every's venture studio model — that's the profile. Former CEO. Product-obsessed. Builder. Not a bureaucrat who likes to "run the thing." A person who likes to build the thing.
Human Agency is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building inclusive, high-performing teams where everyone can do their best work.
