Smartsheet Views are the user-facing center of the Smartsheet experience. They are the highest-usage UX area in the product, and the primary way millions of users interact with the Grid Platform, the core of Smartsheet's Intelligent Work Management platform. As Director of Engineering for Views, you will lead the teams building Timeline View, Board View, and the Shared Experiences that power UX consistency across Smartsheet's growing portfolio of views. These teams sit at a critical intersection of front-end craft, platform architecture, and product strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, Digital Manga to lead strategy, vision, and roadmap development for our digital manga business. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Flywheel & Ecosystem, you will oversee end-to-end product experiences across mobile, web, and cross-platform integrations with an eye towards supporting user growth and engagement within the platform. We are seeking someone experienced in digital media, and accomplished at building global, scalable products that blend content and commerce--and if you passion for manga that's even better!
This Product Manager plays an important role in shaping the future of how fans experience manga digitally at Crunchyroll. It will work at the intersection of content, technology, and fandom with one of the largest anime and manga communities in the world.
This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles.
We work a hybrid schedule, in-office three days a week; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $176,600 and $261,380 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. ADAPTABILITY

THE ROLE
The Senior Risk Manager, Americas plays a key role in risk governance, reporting and operational oversight, by providing strategic oversight and technical expertise to ensure the effective operation of the risk management framework. Overview
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director, Design to help define what Ninja looks like next.
This is a role for a design leader who does not just execute campaigns. You build product identities, shape visual systems from day one, and create ideas that drive demand across the entire funnel.
You will partner closely with product, insights, and marketing from the earliest stages, influencing how products are positioned, named, and brought to life visually.
You think in systems, not assets. Platforms, not one-offs. Work that scales across every touchpoint and performs.
You are fluent in modern creative tools including AI and Figma, using them to accelerate exploration and iteration while maintaining a high bar for taste and originality.

Hillel at Ithaca College is the center of Jewish life on campus. At Ithaca College, approximately 1050 students, about 20% of the students, are Jewish. As a pluralistic organization, Hillel provides a variety of cultural, educational, and social programs to create vibrant Jewish life and provide multiple access points for students to explore their Jewish identity. Hillel is part of the welcoming community housed in Muller Chapel. Muller Chapel is an interfaith chapel hosting the Jewish, Muslim, Catholic, Protestant and Buddhist communities. There is kosher dining on campus, which is the best food on campus, supervised by StarK Kosher. Hillel has a strong working relationship with Kosher Dining and caters the majority of their food through them. Hillel at Ithaca College is affiliated with Hillel International. Brown RISD Hillel is a center of gravity on the two campuses and is helping define the fabric of the new Jewish America: it is one of the most exciting and innovative campus Hillels in the United States. THE ROLE

The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $50,000-$54,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
