Summary:

We are seeking an External and Internal Communications Specialist to join Meriton’s growing communications team. This role will support day-to-day external communications, internal communications, social media, media relations and brand storytelling to enhance Meriton’s visibility and reputation across our industry and markets, and strengthen the presence of our portfolio of 20+ operating companies in their local markets.

The External and Internal Communications Specialist will help craft compelling narratives, manage press outreach and develop content that highlights Meriton’s growth, expertise and leadership in the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Commercial industry. This role is ideal for a strong writer and proactive communicator who thrives on telling stories that connect strategy, brand and audience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content Development
  • Write and edit clear, engaging content for company newsletters and websites, LinkedIn and other social media channels, press materials, thought leadership articles, and more
  • Develop M&A communications and content strategy
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Meriton and operating company tone and messaging
• Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility
  • Work closely with leaders across the Meriton network to develop external and internal communications strategies
  • Position Meriton leaders as industry experts through contributed articles, conference participation and speaking opportunities
  • Assist with speechwriting, presentations and ghostwriting for executives
• Social Media & Digital
  • Develop successful integrated social media and digital strategies to increase visibility and engagement
  • Prepare engaging and visual content for LinkedIn and other social media channels for Meriton and our operating companies
• Media Relations
  • Develop and manage media relations plans for each of our 20+ operating companies in their local markets and across trade outlets
  • Research, build and maintain relationships with trade, business and local media across each of our operating markets
  • Draft press releases, media advisories and talking points for company announcements
  • Support media monitoring, tracking coverage and identifying opportunities to increase visibility for Meriton and our operating companies
• Event & Campaign Support
  • Provide communications support for customer events, trade shows, and sponsorships
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution for new markets, acquisitions, and product introductions
• Partnership & Brand Support
  • Collaborate with operating companies and their leadership teams to promote regional stories and successes
  • Help strengthen brand presence across digital channels and external audiences and Meriton employees
• Regular, consistent and necessary to meet the needs of the business
• Assist the leadership of the Marketing team and other team members with various research projects and/or special projects

Education/Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in external communications, internal communications, public relations or a related field

• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and content management platforms
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HVAC, construction or B2B industries is a plus but not required

We’re looking for a Senior Compliance Engineer with deep expertise in regulatory requirements, codes, and certification processes applicable to BESS, power electronics, and electrical distribution systems e.g. panelboards, switchboards, etc.. This is a product-focused and cross-functional role responsible for ensuring that our systems meet all applicable North American and international standards, as well as ISO/RTO interconnection and market requirements. You will serve as the internal authority on compliance, working closely with product, R&D, and project engineering teams to ensure designs are certifiable, deployable, and aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance strategy and execution for BESS, DC cabinets, inverters, and related power, controls /IT equipments.
• Interpret and apply standards such as UL, CSA, IEEE, IEC, and NFPA to product and project designs.
• Act as the subject matter expert on ISO/RTO regulatory requirements (e.g., interconnection, grid codes, testing protocols).
• Define and manage certification roadmaps for new and existing products.
• Coordinate and support product testing and certification activities, including UL listings, field evaluations, and special inspections.
• Develop and maintain with Technical Writer compliance documentation, including test plans, reports, and certification packages.
• Work directly with NRTLs and certification bodies to facilitate approvals and resolve technical issues.
• Support engineering teams by ensuring designs meet code and standard requirements from early development stages.
• Review and validate test procedures and results, including electrical, thermal, environmental, and safety testing.
• Support project teams during AHJ reviews, permitting, and commissioning, addressing compliance-related questions.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and emerging standards, ensuring proactive alignment of products.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance, certification, or regulatory engineering for BESS, power electronics, or industrial electrical systems.
• 4+ years experience with working knowledge of key standards, including:
  • UL (e.g., UL 9540, UL 9540A, UL 1741, UL 508A)
  • CSA standards for electrical equipment
  • IEEE standards related to power systems and interconnection
  • IEC standards for international compliance
  • NFPA (e.g., NFPA 855)
• Deep understanding of test procedures and certification processes, including safety, thermal runaway, environmental, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with ISO/RTO requirements (e.g., ERCOT, PJM, CAISO, MISO) and grid interconnection standards.
• Experience working with NRTLs (e.g., UL, CSA, Intertek) and managing certification programs.
• Ability to interpret and apply codes, standards, and regulatory language into practical engineering requirements.
• Strong communication skills across engineering, regulatory authorities, and external certification bodies.
• Project Management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with utility-scale and/or C&I BESS deployments.
• Direct involvement in UL 9540A fire testing, LSFT or similar safety validation programs.

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Demand Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, editing, and finalizing demand letters. This role entails a high level of synthesizing and summarizing of various documents, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements, to incorporate into demands. This position will work closely with attorneys and litigation teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks, supporting a cooperative team dynamic. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Draft demand letters for liability, PIP, and UIM using all available and relevant data. 
• Summarize and synthesize file documents, including medical records, police reports, witness statements, and other items, for purposes of incorporating into demands 
• Edit demands and other documents in a timely manner according to the usage and style requirements set out in AP, AMA, and WLG Style Guide.
• Maintain an accurate archive of edited and unedited drafts.
• Communicate with attorneys and litigation teams to better understand the information associated with assigned cases.
• Successfully support a cooperative team dynamic.
• Maintain and stay current on checklist items.
• Performs other duties as required.

Atomic Alchemy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oklo, is building scalable U.S. radioisotope production capabilities in facilities dedicated to producing essential isotopes for healthcare, industry, research, and defense. In May 2025, executive orders were issued directing the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to take a leading role in unleashing the American nuclear renaissance. Through these directives, DOE established the Reactor Pilot Program (RPP) to demonstrate at least three advanced reactors reaching criticality by July 4, 2026, or as soon as possible under the program. In August 2025, DOE selected Atomic Alchemy and awarded an RPP project for a pilot facility.

The Facility Operations Specialist is a cross-functional, onsite role that provides essential auxiliary support to daily facility operations. This position supports safe and reliable operations by performing a wide range of duties across operations, radiological protection, security, and administrative functions. The Facility Operations Specialist serves as a flexible resource supporting operators and facility management, enabling efficient execution of routine activities and response to emergent needs.

Key responsibilities include auxiliary operations support, execution of assigned operational tasks, support to radiological protection activities (including surveys, access control, and contamination monitoring as trained), and performance of designated security functions in accordance with site procedures. The role also includes administrative duties such as procedure use support, recordkeeping, work coordination, and logistics assistance. The Facility Operations Specialist may be qualified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts), support industrial safety and hazard controls, and perform other site safety functions as required.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Provide auxiliary operations support to daily facility activities in accordance with approved procedures.
• Support operators during routine evolutions, maintenance coordination, and operational activities.
• Perform radiological protection support functions as trained, including radiological surveys, access control, contamination monitoring, and RP documentation support.
• Execute designated security functions, including access control, monitoring, and compliance with site security requirements.

Position Description

The Associate Project Manager will spearhead communications among project team members, key stakeholders, and leadership while organizing efforts on the project site to accept contracted requirements for deliverables and services in support of the organizationʼs capital and revenue projects. Experience in startups and/or resource constrained environments is highly desired. Project teams will be cross-functional and technical resources are highly leveraged in the support of managing vendors for advanced reactor systems, validating requirements, and accepting deliverables. Creativity with a detailed understanding of measured and well managed risk are highly valued. An engineering degree is preferred and technical management experience is required. A strong understanding of quality assurance standards is essential.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Management of Capital Projects:
  • Organize project team efforts with concise statement of work, clear deliverables, and approved charters
  • Develop Gantt charts and work breakdown structures as required for proper management and reporting of project status
  • Hold the standard on project management policies, procedures, and standards for all related and supporting activities

• Vendor and Contract Management:
  • Oversee the preparation and management of critical contracting vehicles to support the projects
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, to quantify, manage and communicate risk to the project

• Project Team and Stakeholder Communications:

The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for the overall safe operation and maintenance of the facility. The position is directly responsible for ensuring that all facility activities meet applicable technical, operational, and regulatory requirements. This role will lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, direct facility personnel, and maintain rigorous operational discipline across all functions. The Facility Operations Manager will play a central role in the facility’s transition from construction completion, commissioning, through initial startup, and into operations, ensuring facility and personnel readiness, procedural adherence, and continuous improvement throughout each phase. This person will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of Atomic Alchemy.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial nuclear operations management experience and previously have held, or holds, a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license at a commercial nuclear plant, a research and test reactor facility, or have served in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Program as an Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW). This position requires strong cross-functional experience, the ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, maintenance, and regulatory interfaces, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. The role is fully onsite and will require hands-on leadership and a strong presence in the facility.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Provide overall leadership for the safe, compliant, and reliable operation and maintenance of the facility.
• Direct day-to-day facility operations and maintenance, ensuring adherence to operational, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the transition from commissioning to initial startup and operations, including readiness activities and procedure implementation.
• Establish, enforce, and continuously improve operational standards, facility procedures, and conduct-of-operations expectations.
• Oversee shift operations, maintenance activities, and engineering support, ensuring coordination across all functional disciplines.
• Serve as the primary onsite authority for operational decision-making, prioritizing nuclear safety, radiological safety, and industrial safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science degree. 
• Hold, or have held, a senior reactor operator (SRO) certification/NRC License for similar reactor facility (or equivalent). 
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or management experience. Previous commercial nuclear plant or research and test reactor experience is preferred. Education and/or experience that is job-related may be substituted for a degree on a case-by-case basis.

About the Role

Kizen is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to create high-quality developer and API documentation for a sophisticated SaaS platform. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution.

You will work directly with Product Owners, Engineers, and Solution Architects to translate complex technical concepts into clear, usable documentation that improves the developer experience.

This role is ideal for a writer who thrives in highly technical environments, understands developer workflows, and takes pride in producing precise, structured documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain developer-facing documentation including:
