ICON is seeking a Senior Architect I with extensive MILCON (Military Construction) experience to join our Design Build team. As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished group, you will lead the design, evaluation, and delivery of world-class high-performance buildings using ICON's technology set, with a focus on barracks, training facilities, and other critical military and government installations. As an ICONIC, you will be both a leader and a direct contributor in developing novel approaches to resilient, dignified, and sustainable military facilities. This role is based at ICON's Austin, TX campus and reports to the Senior Director of Building Design.

Position Summary: Our law firm is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated solutions that streamline and enhance our internal operations. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with strong Python experience, proven cloud solutioning capabilities (preferably in AWS or Azure), and hands-on API integration knowledge. The ideal candidate will work closely with legal operations, IT, and case management teams to identify automation opportunities and build scalable, maintainable tools to support high-growth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation scripts and tools.
• Architect and implement cloud-based workflows using AWS, Azure, or equivalent platforms.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate systems such as Filevine, CRM platforms, document repositories, and billing tools.
• Collaborate with legal operations and IT to identify repetitive manual tasks suitable for automation.
• Ensure automation workflows are secure, auditable, and aligned with compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Build and document internal automation tools for case data handling, reporting, redactions, and document processing.
• Provide support and enhancements to existing automations and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in automation scripting, data parsing, and task orchestration.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, Textract) or Microsoft Azure (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions).
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and interact with APIs (RESTful services, JSON handling, authentication flows).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps concepts.
• Experience with automation frameworks, workflow tools, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical staff.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in legal tech or within a law firm environment.
• Familiarity with case management platforms such as Filevine, Litify, and Clio.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices around PII/PHI handling.

Realtor.com is looking for a Director of Engineering, Consumer Enablement to lead the platform and enablement organization that powers all consumer-facing web and mobile experiences. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role responsible for three core pillars: Web & Mobile Platforms, Consumer Services, and Quality Enablement — the foundational systems and tooling that every consumer product team at Realtor.com builds on.
You will lead a multi-team org of ~40 engineers (FTE + contractors), managing senior engineering managers and staff engineers across web platform, mobile platform, component systems, backend services, and quality engineering. You'll report to the VP of Consumer Engineering.
This role is equal parts technical depth and organizational influence. You're not shipping features — you're building the paved path that lets dozens of engineers ship faster, safer, and with higher quality.
