This role is remote, however qualified candidates must be located in the South Central region.
SpyCloud is searching for a Regional Sales Director to focus on the South Central region of the US to establish and drive sales activities for our SaaS-based offerings within a designated geography. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new large enterprise business. You will need a demonstrated history of achievement against sales goals through the selling of SaaS-based technology solutions. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving start-up environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in selling Threat Intelligence technology to Fortune 1000 accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Sales Achievement:
- Attain annual sales quota and quarterly targets.
- Deliver regional bookings goals through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Customer Development:
- Manage prospective customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential enterprise customers in the South Central region.
- Pipeline Growth Strategies:
- Develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies.
- Leverage all available resources, internal and external, to grow the regional pipeline of opportunities to 4x bookings goals or more.
- Gather Account Intelligence to populate account plans for Top 25 / Top 100 Focused Account List.
- Partner Engagement / Channel First Management:
- Work with Focus Partners to cultivate prospect and customer accounts.
- Collaborate for Field Events and Customer Meetings.
- Build relationships with regional and national partners.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management:
- Track customer information and provide continuous forecast and pipeline accuracy through diligent CRM and forecasting platforms upkeep.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system.
- Quote to Cash Management:
- Ensure regional bookings are clean and complete to meet Quote to Cash requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring smooth transitions from quote to cash.
- Market Feedback:
- Report customer feedback and competitive analysis to appropriate company personnel.
- Assist in product development by providing valuable market insights.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Professional Experience:
- Strong understanding of CyberSecurity, Cloud & SaaS solutions and/or Security Infrastructure Products.
- 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS-based solutions or subscription-based products to a diverse enterprise customer base.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or HubSpot (preferred), Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Nav, Chatgpt / other AI.
- Skills:
- Excellent, positive communication skills and relationship building.
- History of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment and operate as a team player.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Work Environment:
- Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel on short notice.
Nice to Have
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR / XDR, SIEM, SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, etc.
- Preferably, successful selling experience with Threat Intelligence solutions.
- Preferably, successful selling experience to Fortune 500 accounts in the region.

This is a part-time 1099 contractor role, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Privacy Analyst to support our privacy program on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in privacy compliance who can hit the ground running with minimal oversight. You will own the day-to-day execution of key privacy ops functions, primarily around consent management and data subject rights.
What You'll Do:
- Cookie & Consent Management
- Maintain our cookie consent management platform (CMP), ensuring banners, categories, and consent records are accurate and up to date
- Conduct periodic cookie audits to identify new or changed cookies and update the CMP accordingly
- Monitor for compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CIPA,ePrivacy, etc.)
- Data Subject Rights (DSAR/DROP)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming Data Subject Access Requests and deletion/opt-out requests that come through our CMP
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, customer support) to locate, compile, and deliver responsive data
- Flag edge cases, legal holds, or high-risk requests for escalation
- Process DROP requests within the required 45-day timeframe, ensuring deletion is completed across all relevant data systems
- Maintain documentation and audit trails of DROP request fulfillment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or a related role
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy frameworks
- Experience with CMP platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Osano, Cookiebot) and/or DSAR management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively with stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar privacy certification a plus

- Partner with our Partner sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to our global partner ecosystem, tailored for unique use cases and environments.

- Help translate partner feedback into internal insights that guide product and service improvements.
- Facilitate value-based conversations to ensure partners understand and maximize the potential impact of SpyCloud’s offerings.
- Technical Expertise:
- Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in either cybersecurity presales or working with IT security oriented tools
- Must have a strong network of enterprise customers in the US.
- Experience with link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is a plus.
- Soft Skills:

What You'll Do:
- Office Management & Maintenance:
- Serve as a point of contact for all office-related matters including repairs, vendors, supplies, and space planning
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Maintain and stock inventory of office supplies, kitchen items (daily), and other workplace essentials
- Manage office lunch programs, employee milestones and birthday gift ordering, and new hire and anniversary swag.
- Assist in onboarding process for new hires (first day email, office tour, swag box)
- Facilities Operations Support:
- Assist in space planning and office moves as the company grows
- Support employee desk assignments and seating arrangements in a hybrid remote/in person environment
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping logistics, and package deliveries
- Vendor & Budget Coordination
- Liaise with building management and third-party vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
- Track facilities-related expenses, issue purchase orders, and support budgeting processes
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce office safety procedures and lead initiatives to maintain compliance with local regulations
- Support emergency preparedness protocols, including fire drills and first aid station upkeep
- Culture & Engagement Support
- Partner with HR and other departments to help plan company events, employee engagement initiatives, and on-site gatherings
- Ensure the workplace reflects SpyCloud’s values and is a positive, inclusive space
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a facilities, office management, or operations support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace); experience with facilities or ticketing tools a plus
- Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and manage physically active tasks (e.g., moving office equipment)
- A customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to solving workplace issues
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment preferred
Nice to Have
- Comfort operating in ambiguity; our threat landscape changes daily, and so might your to-do list
- A sixth sense for when the coffee supply is about to run critically low — we consider this a security threat

This is a part-time 1099 contract role paying $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. As a contract role, benefits are not included.

What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation: Generate sales leads through outbound calling, emailing, event follow-up, and other methods, including social media.
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
- Lead Education: Educate leads on SpyCloud and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk to our EMEA Sales Director.
- Daily Activity Management: Maintain a high level of daily activity, including end-user calls, meetings, and proactive outreach (phone and email).

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) works closely with SpyCloud’s customers and draws on their exceptional customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help our customers successfully adopt our products. With a goal of becoming a trusted consultant and advisor, the TAM unlocks value and creates solutions that leverage our products and services. What You'll Do:
- Project Management:
- Project manage enterprise quick onboarding, customer integrations, ensuring timely and successful launches to achieve customer defined value.
- Monitor the product adoption, and the program/project from initiation through delivery, proactively interfacing with customers on technical matters.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering and other internal teams to identify opportunities and translate customer goals into executable technical setups with adoption plans that arrive at customer defined value.
- Understand the customer goals, objectives, and how they measure success. Proactively identify and address technical challenges or opportunities, owning the process including communication of issues, goals, requirements, and solutions.
- Technical Guidance & Innovation:
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of SpyCloud’s products.
- Identify unique ways to address Customer problems in a proactive manner and escalate as emerging technical trends arise.
- Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
- Best Practices Development:
- Contribute to development best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagement to support initiatives to scale.
- Leverage customer metrics to determine usage and value derived from product adoption.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Be a customer advocate, representing our customers internally.
- Provide feedback and find ways to improve the customer’s experience through processes and collateral, driving customer defined value realization.
Requirements:
- Technical Acumen:
- Strong technical acumen and experience influencing change at all levels.
- Experience with enterprise IAM solutions (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise SIEM solutions (Splunk, Palo Alto XSOAR, Azure Sentinel, etc.)
- Familiarity with crafting integration/automation solutions in Python.
- A solid working knowledge of various web technologies with an understanding of APIs and databases.
- Good knowledge of REST technology, previous work with APIs, and ability to understand and troubleshoot cloud solutions.
- Solutions, Documentation and Process Management:
- Experience translating business goals into technical solutions.
- A track record of creating documentation of processes, playbooks, and other information for use by TAMs.
- Collaboration & Customer Interaction:
- Ability to work effectively in teams of both technical and non-technical individuals across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to seamlessly work with the customer's development team.
- Practical experience with a solid background in problem analysis and resolution of SaaS enterprise platforms.
- BA/BS/Undergraduate degree required.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of Technical Account Management or Sales Engineering experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluent in at least one language other than English.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages and their usage with APIs.
- Cybersecurity and ATO prevention experience is a plus.

Overview of Job/Team:
As a Senior Product Success Engineer, you will play a critical role in the long-term success of SpyCloud’s most strategic customers. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, focused on delivering scalable API integrations and data workflows that help customers maximize the value of our platform across security, fraud, and identity protection use cases.

What You'll Do:
- Strategic Account Partnership
- Serve as the dedicated technical advisor for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, building strong relationships and deep knowledge of each customer’s ecosystem, architecture and goals.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to drive customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.
- Lead technical planning sessions and business reviews to align SpyCloud usage with evolving enterprise priorities and ensure that the customer is achieving maximum value from the subscription.
- API & Data Integration Leadership
- Guide customers through the design and implementation of secure, scalable API integrations and data workflows.
- Support the embedding of SpyCloud into critical systems—such as SIEMs, SOAR platforms, data lakes, identity platforms, and custom-built applications.
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and optimizing RESTful API usage, data formatting, and automation scripts.

- Advise customers on deploying SpyCloud effectively within their security and identity infrastructure.

The GRC Engineer is a role within SpyCloud’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) department, part of the Legal & Compliance organization. This position plays a critical role in strengthening SpyCloud’s compliance posture by driving audit readiness, scaling continuous control testing, and embedding compliance requirements into cloud-native systems and workflows.
This role partners closely with Engineering, Security, IT, Product, and Legal teams to ensure compliance requirements are implemented effectively within cloud environments. The GRC Engineer leads complex compliance initiatives while leveraging automation and scripting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Compliance Program & Framework Management
- Lead and support compliance programs including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CMMC, with a strong focus on cloud-native environments.

Requirements:
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), security compliance, auditing, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience applying SOC 2, ISO 27001, and/or CMMC requirements to cloud environments.
- Experience leading audit readiness activities and working directly with auditors.
- Strong collaboration experience with engineering and cloud operations teams.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills Required:
- Ability to understand and write code, preferably Python, to automate evidence collection and validate cloud controls.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, IAM, logging, monitoring, and cloud security best practices.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of building internal security tooling and data pipelines using public cloud infrastructure, leveraging AI technologies. This role will be within SpyCloud Labs, SpyCloud’s in-house Security Research team, and focus on building automation and other internal tooling to facilitate the collection of recaptured third-party breach and malware data. This is a full-time remote role supporting a hybrid workforce.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain internal tooling for acquiring and parsing recaptured underground data.
- Build and deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code technologies.
- Build and deploy automated CI/CD pipelines to test and deploy tooling and infrastructure.
- Collaborate directly with the research team to support the targeting and collection of new data sources.
- Be the subject matter expert on Security Research Engineering and the data acquisition process.
- Leverage modern AI and LLM-based tooling to streamline development and collection workflows.
- Constantly and independently work to identify improvements and automation opportunities in the recaptured data workflow and ETL pipelines.

Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in a Senior role within cybersecurity engineering.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Experience using AI/ML in development workflows.
- Experience implementing AI/ML in data processing applications.
- Highly skilled with Python. Golang proficiency a plus.
- Experience building internal tooling and deploying using Infrastructure as Code technologies (we use Terraform and Ansible).
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Math, Science, Engineering, or Business fields.
- Self-directed with the ability to identify and deliver on tasks without needing direct supervision.
- Critical thinker that is comfortable supporting collaborative problem solving in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

SpyCloud is hiring a Director of Software Engineering to lead the Console platform powering our Threat Protection product. This is a high-impact role focused on architectural rigor, platform evolution, and AI-enabled engineering leverage.
You will lead a senior-heavy team (~10 engineers) responsible for a multi-tenant SaaS platform Spycloud's customers. Your mandate is not to scale headcount, it is to scale output, innovation, and system durability through strong architecture and applied AI.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build and operate backend systems that run at serious scale. This role is for someone who cares about performance, reliability, and designing systems that can handle large volumes of data without falling over.
You’ll be working with tens of billions of records, including dark web intelligence, to help protect organizations from stolen credentials, malware, and compromised devices. The systems you build will be core to our platform and used every day by security teams that depend on speed, accuracy, and reliability.
This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with flexibility to work remotely while still spending time collaborating in person with the team.
What You'll Do:
- Building and maintaining high performance APIs and backend services used at scale
- Designing background services and data processing workflows that operate over very large datasets
- Working closely with data engineers and data scientists who are building our platform on AWS and Databricks
- Making practical architecture decisions around performance, cost, and reliability
- Profiling and tuning systems to improve throughput, latency, and overall stability

SpyCloud is seeking a high performing individual for the company’s new Director of Product Analytics to lead the evolution of the enrichment, correlation, and identity analysis systems that transform dark web, malware, and identity data into actionable intelligence. This role sits at the center of SpyCloud’s data lifecycle—shaping how new data sources and identity signals are assimilated, enriched, and correlated to reveal compromised data, exposed employees, and emerging risks across the digital identity landscape.
The role will lead a growing team of product and analytics professionals responsible for developing and executing a forward-looking analytics strategy designed to meet the ever-evolving needs of SpyCloud’s customers with next generation insights through traditional Data Science and advanced AI analysis techniques.
This role will partner closely with Security Research, Data Science, and Data Engineering to improve the fidelity, scalability, and identity context of SpyCloud’s intelligence signals and will work to build a centralized analytics platform used by all of SpyCloud’s products and exposed to partners and customers via API/MCP for automation and integration purposes.

We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the hands-on architecture and development of our next-generation data and intelligence APIs. This role is deeply technical and execution-focused, responsible for defining API contracts, building production services, and architecting the platform interfaces high-performance throughput, agentic workflows, and external customer integrations.
You will operate at the intersection of distributed systems, data platforms, and agentic orchestration, ensuring our APIs are scalable, governed, observable, and designed for long-term evolution. This role requires strong systems thinking, high-quality implementation standards, and the ability to translate platform strategy into production-grade services.
This is a hands-on engineering role with architectural authority.
What You'll Do:
- Next-Generation API Architecture
- Architect and implement customer-facing data and intelligence APIs with clear versioning, SLAs, and backward compatibility.
- Define and enforce API contracts for:
- Low latency, high throughput endpoints
- Agentic workflows (tools, actions, state transitions, handoffs)
- Context retrieval and enrichment
- Design APIs as durable platform interfaces, not thin wrappers over storage systems.
- Establish standards for schema governance, payload design, and service boundaries.
- Agentic & ML Platform Integration
- Architect service layers that support agentic workflows, including orchestration interfaces, guardrails, and runtime observability.
- Build API surfaces that expose model outputs safely and consistently.
- Collaborate with MLEs and Data Scientists to move models from experimentation into robust inference services.
- Ensure proper lifecycle management, monitoring, and rollback mechanisms for ML-powered endpoints.
- Data Platform & Context Hubs
- Design and implement service layers that sit on top of the gold-layer system of record.
- Build and evolve context hubs derived from authoritative systems of record, enabling consistent entity, identity, or risk context for downstream services.
- Ensure APIs are aligned with medallion architecture principles and platform data contracts.
- Prevent fragmentation by maintaining strong coupling to canonical schemas and governed data models.
- Distributed Systems & Reliability
- Design high-throughput, low-latency services supporting batch and streaming workloads.
- Implement scalable infrastructure patterns on AWS.
- Ensure strong observability, error handling, performance tuning, and cost awareness.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code practices and production readiness standards.
- Technical Leadership
- Serve as a senior architectural voice in design reviews.
- Raise the bar on code quality, system design, and operational rigor.
- Mentor engineers on API design, distributed systems, and ML integration patterns.
- Influence platform direction through technical depth rather than organizational authority
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience building distributed systems, APIs, or large-scale data platforms.
- Deep experience designing and implementing customer-facing APIs as long-lived products.
- Strong understanding of schema governance, versioning strategies, and contract design.
- Experience productionizing ML models and exposing inference services.
- Experience designing or integrating agentic or autonomous workflows.
- Experience building service layers on top of systems of record or semantic data layers.
- Strong background in distributed systems reliability, observability, and scalability.
- Proficiency in Go & Python (and/or backend service languages).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks/Snowflake
- Strong experience with AWS infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools
Nice to Have:
- AWS services including Redshift, S3, EC2, and related cloud-native tooling.
- Data stores including Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j or AWS Neptune).
- Experience building high-performance APIs and service layers over heterogeneous data systems.
- Familiarity with Databricks/Snowflake and/or SageMaker is a plus.
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity, fraud, or risk systems is a plus.
