This role is remote, however qualified candidates must be located in the South Central region.
SpyCloud is searching for a Regional Sales Director to focus on the South Central region of the US to establish and drive sales activities for our SaaS-based offerings within a designated geography. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new large enterprise business. You will need a demonstrated history of achievement against sales goals through the selling of SaaS-based technology solutions. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving start-up environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in selling Threat Intelligence technology to Fortune 1000 accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Sales Achievement:
- Attain annual sales quota and quarterly targets.
- Deliver regional bookings goals through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Customer Development:
- Manage prospective customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential enterprise customers in the South Central region.
- Pipeline Growth Strategies:
- Develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies.
- Leverage all available resources, internal and external, to grow the regional pipeline of opportunities to 4x bookings goals or more.
- Gather Account Intelligence to populate account plans for Top 25 / Top 100 Focused Account List.
- Partner Engagement / Channel First Management:
- Work with Focus Partners to cultivate prospect and customer accounts.
- Collaborate for Field Events and Customer Meetings.
- Build relationships with regional and national partners.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management:
- Track customer information and provide continuous forecast and pipeline accuracy through diligent CRM and forecasting platforms upkeep.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system.
- Quote to Cash Management:
- Ensure regional bookings are clean and complete to meet Quote to Cash requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring smooth transitions from quote to cash.
- Market Feedback:
- Report customer feedback and competitive analysis to appropriate company personnel.
- Assist in product development by providing valuable market insights.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Professional Experience:
- Strong understanding of CyberSecurity, Cloud & SaaS solutions and/or Security Infrastructure Products.
- 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS-based solutions or subscription-based products to a diverse enterprise customer base.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or HubSpot (preferred), Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Nav, Chatgpt / other AI.
- Skills:
- Excellent, positive communication skills and relationship building.
- History of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment and operate as a team player.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Work Environment:
- Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel on short notice.
Nice to Have
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR / XDR, SIEM, SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, etc.
- Preferably, successful selling experience with Threat Intelligence solutions.
- Preferably, successful selling experience to Fortune 500 accounts in the region.

This is a part-time 1099 contractor role, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Privacy Analyst to support our privacy program on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in privacy compliance who can hit the ground running with minimal oversight. You will own the day-to-day execution of key privacy ops functions, primarily around consent management and data subject rights.
What You'll Do:
- Cookie & Consent Management
- Maintain our cookie consent management platform (CMP), ensuring banners, categories, and consent records are accurate and up to date
- Conduct periodic cookie audits to identify new or changed cookies and update the CMP accordingly
- Monitor for compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CIPA,ePrivacy, etc.)
- Data Subject Rights (DSAR/DROP)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming Data Subject Access Requests and deletion/opt-out requests that come through our CMP
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, customer support) to locate, compile, and deliver responsive data
- Flag edge cases, legal holds, or high-risk requests for escalation
- Process DROP requests within the required 45-day timeframe, ensuring deletion is completed across all relevant data systems
- Maintain documentation and audit trails of DROP request fulfillment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or a related role
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy frameworks
- Experience with CMP platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Osano, Cookiebot) and/or DSAR management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively with stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar privacy certification a plus

- Partner with our Partner sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to our global partner ecosystem, tailored for unique use cases and environments.

- Help translate partner feedback into internal insights that guide product and service improvements.
- Facilitate value-based conversations to ensure partners understand and maximize the potential impact of SpyCloud’s offerings.
- Technical Expertise:
- Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement.

Requirements:
- Professional Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in either cybersecurity presales or working with IT security oriented tools
- Must have a strong network of enterprise customers in the US.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is a plus.

- Lead Generation: Generate sales leads through outbound calling, emailing, event follow-up, and other methods, including social media.

- Sales Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of sales tools, including Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) works closely with SpyCloud’s customers and draws on their exceptional customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help our customers successfully adopt our products. - Project Management:
- Project manage enterprise quick onboarding, customer integrations, ensuring timely and successful launches to achieve customer defined value.
- Monitor the product adoption, and the program/project from initiation through delivery, proactively interfacing with customers on technical matters.

- Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering and other internal teams to identify opportunities and translate customer goals into executable technical setups with adoption plans that arrive at customer defined value.
- Understand the customer goals, objectives, and how they measure success. Proactively identify and address technical challenges or opportunities, owning the process including communication of issues, goals, requirements, and solutions.
- Technical Guidance & Innovation:
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of SpyCloud’s products.
- Identify unique ways to address Customer problems in a proactive manner and escalate as emerging technical trends arise.
- Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
- Best Practices Development:
- Contribute to development best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagement to support initiatives to scale.
- Leverage customer metrics to determine usage and value derived from product adoption.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Be a customer advocate, representing our customers internally.

Requirements:
- Technical Acumen:
- Strong technical acumen and experience influencing change at all levels.
- Experience with enterprise IAM solutions (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise SIEM solutions (Splunk, Palo Alto XSOAR, Azure Sentinel, etc.)
- Familiarity with crafting integration/automation solutions in Python.
- A solid working knowledge of various web technologies with an understanding of APIs and databases.
- Good knowledge of REST technology, previous work with APIs, and ability to understand and troubleshoot cloud solutions.
- Solutions, Documentation and Process Management:
- Experience translating business goals into technical solutions.
- A track record of creating documentation of processes, playbooks, and other information for use by TAMs.
- Collaboration & Customer Interaction:
- Ability to work effectively in teams of both technical and non-technical individuals across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to seamlessly work with the customer's development team.
- Practical experience with a solid background in problem analysis and resolution of SaaS enterprise platforms.
- BA/BS/Undergraduate degree required.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of Technical Account Management or Sales Engineering experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluent in at least one language other than English.

Overview of Job/Team:
As a Senior Product Success Engineer, you will play a critical role in the long-term success of SpyCloud’s most strategic customers. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, focused on delivering scalable API integrations and data workflows that help customers maximize the value of our platform across security, fraud, and identity protection use cases.
This role blends deep technical knowledge with high-impact account engagement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders—from developers and engineers to CISOs—to ensure SpyCloud is seamlessly integrated and delivering value within their security ecosystems.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Account Partnership
- Serve as the dedicated technical advisor for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, building strong relationships and deep knowledge of each customer’s ecosystem, architecture and goals.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to drive customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.
- Lead technical planning sessions and business reviews to align SpyCloud usage with evolving enterprise priorities and ensure that the customer is achieving maximum value from the subscription.
- API & Data Integration Leadership
- Guide customers through the design and implementation of secure, scalable API integrations and data workflows.
- Support the embedding of SpyCloud into critical systems—such as SIEMs, SOAR platforms, data lakes, identity platforms, and custom-built applications.
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and optimizing RESTful API usage, data formatting, and automation scripts.
- Industry & Domain Expertise
- Apply subject matter expertise in areas such as Identity, Account Takeover, Fraud Detection, Threat Intelligence, and/or Security Operations.
- Advise customers on deploying SpyCloud effectively within their security and identity infrastructure.
- Serve as a trusted partner in shaping customer workflows that rely on SpyCloud’s intelligence data.
- Technical Enablement & Support
- Lead onboarding and technical enablement sessions focused on API usage, data pipelines, and integration best practices.
- Proactively monitor account health and integration performance, identifying risks, blockers, and opportunities for optimization.
- Create and maintain reusable assets—including integration guides, scripts, and deployment templates.
- Product Feedback & Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights, trends, and feature feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
- Participate in roadmap discussions and help evolve SpyCloud’s platform and integration capabilities based on enterprise needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer)
- Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts with complex integration requirements
- Deep understanding of APIs, data transformation, and integration architecture (RESTful APIs, JSON, scripting with Python or Bash)
- Familiarity with enterprise security and data ecosystems: SIEMs, SOAR platforms, IAM (Okta, Azure AD), and custom applications
- Excellent communicator—able to translate between technical and business audiences
- Confident working with developers, architects, and senior security leaders

- Familiarity with fraud prevention, identity management, or threat intelligence use cases

The GRC Engineer is a role within SpyCloud’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) department, part of the Legal & Compliance organization. This position plays a critical role in strengthening SpyCloud’s compliance posture by driving audit readiness, scaling continuous control testing, and embedding compliance requirements into cloud-native systems and workflows.
This role partners closely with Engineering, Security, IT, Product, and Legal teams to ensure compliance requirements are implemented effectively within cloud environments. The GRC Engineer leads complex compliance initiatives while leveraging automation and scripting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
What You'll Do:
- Compliance Program & Framework Management
- Lead and support compliance programs including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CMMC, with a strong focus on cloud-native environments.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate evidence collection and alignment with technical stakeholders.
- Support customer security reviews and questionnaires by clearly articulating SpyCloud’s cloud security controls and compliance posture.
- Audit Readiness & Continuous Controls
- Own continuous audit readiness across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Design and execute continuous control testing using automation and scripting (preferably Python).
- Partner with Engineering and Security teams to ensure compliance is embedded into system design and change management processes.
- GRC Automation & Tooling
- Build, maintain, and enhance automated evidence collection workflows using Vanta.
- Integrate Vanta with cloud environments, identity systems, and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous compliance.
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement automated compliance checks within cloud deployments.
- Governance, Policies & Standards
- Develop and maintain security and compliance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with cloud architecture and operational practices.
- Ensure governance documentation supports SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CMMC requirements while remaining practical for technical teams.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable controls.
- Risk Management
- Lead risk assessments across cloud services, systems, and business processes.
- Identify, assess, and drive remediation of cloud security and compliance risks.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure risks are understood, prioritized, and addressed.
- Vendor Risk Management
- Enhance vendor risk management workflows through automation and integration, including integration audits of third-party cloud services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, IT, Security, Product, and Legal teams to embed compliance into architecture and design decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for cloud compliance, control validation, and compliance automation.
Requirements:
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), security compliance, auditing, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience applying SOC 2, ISO 27001, and/or CMMC requirements to cloud environments.
- Experience leading audit readiness activities and working directly with auditors.
- Strong collaboration experience with engineering and cloud operations teams.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills Required:
- Ability to understand and write code, preferably Python, to automate evidence collection and validate cloud controls.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, IAM, logging, monitoring, and cloud security best practices.
- Hands-on experience using Vanta for compliance automation and integrations.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST 800-53, and CIS Benchmarks.
- Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCSK, CCAK, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of building internal security tooling and data pipelines using public cloud infrastructure, leveraging AI technologies. This role will be within SpyCloud Labs, SpyCloud’s in-house Security Research team, and focus on building automation and other internal tooling to facilitate the collection of recaptured third-party breach and malware data. This is a full-time remote role supporting a hybrid workforce.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain internal tooling for acquiring and parsing recaptured underground data.
- Build and deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code technologies.
- Build and deploy automated CI/CD pipelines to test and deploy tooling and infrastructure.
- Collaborate directly with the research team to support the targeting and collection of new data sources.
- Be the subject matter expert on Security Research Engineering and the data acquisition process.
- Leverage modern AI and LLM-based tooling to streamline development and collection workflows.
- Constantly and independently work to identify improvements and automation opportunities in the recaptured data workflow and ETL pipelines.
- Participate in security research including investigation of threat actors, malware, and other critical research in support of SpyCloud’s priorities.
- Mentor junior security researchers and engineers including providing code review and guidance on efficient code writing and professional development
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in a Senior role within cybersecurity engineering.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Experience using AI/ML in development workflows.
- Experience implementing AI/ML in data processing applications.
- Highly skilled with Python. Golang proficiency a plus.
- Experience building internal tooling and deploying using Infrastructure as Code technologies (we use Terraform and Ansible).
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Math, Science, Engineering, or Business fields.
- Self-directed with the ability to identify and deliver on tasks without needing direct supervision.
- Critical thinker that is comfortable supporting collaborative problem solving in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, empathetic, curious, and flexible.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with large enterprises in delivery of security analytics products.
- Experience in acquiring and processing malware-exfiltrated data
