We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, designers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional, highly technical role that will play a critical part in the development of new products. You will be a key part of Neros' Peripherals Team.
The Firmware Engineer will take product requirements and directly participate in the development of hardware and software to implement the design. The Firmware Engineer will have the opportunity to support product development from concept, through rapid prototyping and into full scale production.
