About the Role

Risa Labs is hiring a field-based Success Monitor to be an on-the-ground partner for our customers in New York and Tennessee. You'll be embedded within oncology and radiology practices — delivering hands-on training, building lasting trust with clinical teams, and ensuring Risa workflows (prior auth, radiology, medical oncology, and claims) are adopted with confidence.

Reports to: Head of Customer Success

Salary

• New York: 100K-120k
• New Jersey: 80-90k
• Nashville: 75-85k

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person training and implementation support at customer sites
• Be the trusted, go-to resource for clinical and administrative teams on the ground
• Identify workflow gaps, troubleshoot in real time, and coordinate escalations with Product and Support
• Develop and maintain teaching materials that complement Risa's existing resources
• Share structured field feedback to improve training programs and customer outcomes
• Stay current on clinical trends in oncology and radiology

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, health informatics — or equivalent clinical experience
• Proven track record delivering in-person clinical training to healthcare teams in real-world settings
• Strong communicator: able to translate complex workflows into simple, usable guidance
• Organized and self-directed; comfortable managing a field schedule independently
• Experience with oncology, radiology, or medical billing workflows strongly preferred
• Based in or able to relocate to New York or Tennessee; regular onsite presence required

What You’ll do

• Design, Develop, and Deploy scalable software systems with strong emphasis on Python-based applications and backend engineering
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate complex problems into elegant, efficient solutions
• Contribute to System Design discussions and assist in building reliable,
  high-performance architectures
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices in coding standards, version control, and CI/CD
• Debug, optimize, and improve system performance, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business requirements
• Learn and grow continuously through mentorship, technical reviews, and exposure to cutting-edge problems in healthcare and AI systems

What You’ll Bring

• 2 to 5 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP, with hands-on experience in developing or deploying LLM-based systems
• Practical exposure to model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimization for performance and scalability
• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of system design fundamentals (distributed systems, APIs, databases, cloud concepts)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
• Experience with projects/internships involving backend systems, scalable applications, or research-oriented software development is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and innovate in a fast-paced startup environment

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our tight-knit product team in Bangalore, India. You’ll help build the backbone of RISA’s platform, shaping AI-driven tools like LLM apps, agentic AI infrastructure, autonomous AI apps, and AI simulators that power oncology workflows, partner dashboards, and internal systems. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into product development, take ownership, and grow in a fast-moving health-tech startup.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and refine AI-powered tools, including LLM apps, agentic AI systems, autonomous apps, and AI simulators for healthcare workflows
• Work with product leads to define features, set priorities, and create clear specs
• Research user needs by talking to customers, observing workflows, and analyzing data
• Write clear product docs, like requirements, user stories, and notes, to guide development
• Track progress, manage timelines, and balance trade-offs to keep projects on track
• Support testing, user acceptance, and launch efforts to ensure high-quality delivery
• Gather feedback from support, operations, and engineering teams to improve the product
• Take initiative, ask questions, and own your work from day one in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in product management, operations, design, or engineering
• Strong communication and writing skills to simplify complex ideas
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, uncertain settings
• Curious about AI, machine learning, healthcare, or regulated systems
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Figma, SQL, Jira, Notion, or Slack
• Bonus: Background in startups, fellowships, or high-ownership internships

• Strong command of Figma (non-negotiable)
• Good command of Webflow or Framer 
• Comfort designing decks, PDFs, web pages, and marketing assets
• Motion skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro) are a big plus, not mandatory
• A kickass portfolio that showcases:
• Range of work - websites, marketing posts, documents, visual design systems, etc.
• Deep command of visual design fundamentals and tools.
• Exceptional design taste and attention to detail

Your Scope of Work

You’ll work closely with the marketing and GTM team to define how RISA shows up across decks, websites, demos, launches, global events, etc.

1. RISA’s Visual Language

• Shape and evolve RISA’s design system: clean, minimal, unmistakable
• Set the bar for how RISA looks across marketing collaterals, events, and web
• Keep things consistent without killing creativity

2. Decks & GTM Collateral That Actually Sell

• Design high-impact collaterals for customers, partners, investors
• Turn complex ideas, data, and workflows into clear visuals
• Constantly refine assets based on feedback and real use

3. Web & Interactive Experiences

• Design and build pages using Webflow or Framer. 
• Make the website and other digital experiences feel credible, modern, and sharp

4. Motion (Bonus, not mandatory)

• Add motion where it enhances clarity and emotion
• Use After Effects / Premiere Pro for demos, explainers, webpages and social

5. Design With Context

• Understand why something exists before designing it
• Adapt collaterals based on audience, use case, and data
• Design for outcomes and not just aesthetics
