About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strong Technical Program Manager (TPgM) to drive critical cross-functional and cross-departmental programs, ensure strategic alignment of the work, and guide teams toward impactful outcomes.
In this role, you’ll be both a trusted thought partner and a hands-on execution-oriented driver, enabling teams to deliver complex programs with clarity, efficiency, and measurable results. New applications use vue.js or Angular in the front-end while older ones use server-rendered (Razor) views in combination with jQuery. Microsoft Orleans enables our scalable and robust distributed applications. MS SQL Server is used for most of our storage needs, but also Redis and ElasticSearch are used when it makes sense to do so. RabbitMQ is our go-to message broker. We use Gitlab for code versioning and CI, and the Atlassian stack for tickets and documentation.

Compensation:
Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
