We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our revenue engine. You’ll report directly to the CRO and own the systems, data, and processes that keep our go-to-market running efficiently.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role you won’t be managing a team initially, but you’ll have significant influence on how we scale.

As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. The Senior Business Process Analyst will tackle large-scale challenges within internal projects, collaborating closely with engineers, finance and accounting professionals, and technical business analysts as a subject matter expert. The BDR position is one of three roles (BDR, Principal BDR, and Associate Account Executive) that you’ll complete in the HubSpot BDR program as part of a career progression track to prepare you for a future Account Executive role at HubSpot. In this position (BDR), you’ll enter the role with a set base salary of 102,808,230 COP and on-target commission of 44,060,670 COP providing you with a total on-target earnings (OTE) of 146,868,900 COP. As you promote throughout the career progression track of the program, both base salary and commission (and OTE as a result) will increase.

Compensation:
For this senior development role, with 8+ years of experience, the compensation range is $5,000 - $9,500 USD per month. This range acknowledges the extensive expertise, leadership capabilities, and significant contributions expected at this level, offering a competitive salary to reflect the value of advanced skills and experience.

As a Senior Software Engineer with Sezzle, you will work with a highly-motivated team to tackle interesting and challenging problems across multiple areas of the organization. Your experience and guidance will help other members of the team level-up their own skills as well.
In this backend focused role, you will work closely with stakeholders from Product, Support and the business. You’ll also partner with other engineering teams to provide high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions to internal and customer problems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering new features, as well as unblocking and mentoring your teammates.
This role has both an internal and external focus, your contributions will make a meaningful difference in the day-to-day lives of your peers at Sezzle, enhancing their ability to support our business and customers, and you will have opportunities to take any feedback and iterate.
