Product Manager, Public Sector GenAI Test & Evaluation (T&E)

Role Overview
The Public Sector GenAI T&E Product Manager will be a high-horsepower technical leader, defining the vision and owning the roadmap for our evaluation capabilities. This role requires thriving in unscripted, high-stakes environments, as you will be the primary owner for the T&E tech stack—the robust infrastructure required to continuously measure, improve, and prove the superiority and sustained performance of our agentic applications.
Traversing multiple engineering organizations across Scale, you will identify bottlenecks, distill technical friction into actionable plans, and drive execution. You will work across Scale’s commercial and public sector teams to define requirements, ensuring our evaluation services are robust enough for the most demanding government use cases. Key objectives include refining the tech stack that allows ML teams to hillclimb, and surfacing critical performance information to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications (Quantifiable)
- Engineering Depth: 3+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or highly technical program management. You must be able to read code, understand system architecture, and participate in technical design reviews alongside engineering teams.
- Evaluation Systems Expertise: Proven experience designing, owning the roadmap for, or operating the infrastructure required to continuously measure, improve, and show the performance of AI applications.
- Problem Distillation: Demonstrated experience taking a vaguely defined problem (e.g., "our evaluation cycles are too slow") and delivering a technical roadmap, resource requirements, and measurable success metrics within a narrow time window.
- Ambiguity Management: Proven track record of taking a project from "stalled/undefined" to "shipped" in a high-pressure environment. You can point to at least two instances where you inherited a failing project and saw it through to production.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Led multiple projects that required direct alignment between at least three distinct engineering organizations (e.g., Infrastructure, ML Research, and Product).
- Operational Execution: Experience using technical project management frameworks (e.g., Linear) to provide consistent weekly reporting on delivery velocity and blockers to executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)
- Security Clearance: Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.
- GenAI Implementation: Practical experience developing or evaluating features built specifically on LLMs, RAG, or autonomous agent workflows.
- Technical Rigor: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Public Sector Expertise: 2+ years of experience working with DoD, IC, or Civil agencies on mission-critical software deployments.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Model Evaluations, Public Sector
The Public Sector ML team at Scale deploys advanced AI systems—including LLMs, agentic models, and multimodal pipelines—into mission-critical government environments. We build evaluation frameworks that ensure these models operate reliably, safely, and effectively under real-world constraints. As an ML Engineer, you will design, implement, and scale automated evaluation pipelines that help customers trust and operationalize advanced AI systems across defense, intelligence, and federal missions.
You will:
- Develop and maintain automated evaluation pipelines for ML models across functional, performance, robustness, and safety metrics, including LLM-judge–based evaluations.
- Design test datasets and benchmarks to measure generalization, bias, explainability, and failure modes.
- Build evaluation frameworks for LLM agents, including infrastructure for scenario-based and environment-based testing.
- Conduct comparative analyses of model architectures, training procedures, and evaluation outcomes.
- Implement tools for continuous monitoring, regression testing, and quality assurance for ML systems.
- Design and execute stress tests and red-teaming workflows to uncover vulnerabilities and edge cases.
- Collaborate with operations teams and subject matter experts to produce high-quality evaluation datasets.
- Comfortable with light travel (approximately 10%) for customer interaction and team needs.
This role will require an active security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Ideally you’d have:
- Experience in computer vision, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or NLP in production settings.
- Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with LLM pipelines, simulation environments, or automated evaluation systems.
- Ability to convert research insights into measurable evaluation criteria.
Nice to haves:
- Graduate degree in CS, ML, or AI.
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP) and model deployment experience.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, CV robustness, or RL validation.
- Knowledge of interpretability, adversarial robustness, or AI safety frameworks.
- Familiarity with ML evaluation frameworks and agentic model design.
- Experience in regulated, classified, or mission-critical ML domains.

In this position, you will use your teaching skills and GIS knowledge to empower our customers with our innovative GIS software. Responsibilities
- Grow user skills. Develop and deliver training programs through various formats and methods including in-person, virtual and hybrid offerings, to enhance users' proficiency in ArcGIS software both domestically and internationally. Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training sessions and workshops. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, answering their questions and helping them overcome challenges. Stay updated on the latest GIS trends and technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant and up to date.
- Ensure sustainable GIS workflows. Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and requirements. Provide guidance and training on best practices for designing and implementing sustainable GIS workflows. Deliver workshops and training sessions to educate customers on sustainable GIS workflows. Support customers in overcoming challenges and addressing any skill gaps related to workflow sustainability.
- Expand the use of ArcGIS. Actively promote the adoption of ArcGIS across customer groups. Identify potential use cases for ArcGIS in various business processes and demonstrate its value through facilitation. Requirements

Overview

What You’ll Do
- Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline

Position Summary
Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Portfolio Trader to join our team! The Portfolio Trader works on the Centralized Portfolio Management Team. The Portfolio Trader’s primary responsibility is to manage all portfolio/investment related activities for their respective wealth management teams. They are responsible for implementing the investment strategy, managing appropriate cash balances, and identifying opportunities for rebalancing, portfolio improvement, and tax loss harvesting. A successful Portfolio Traders will conduct all daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio reviews.
Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 days per week, or as assigned by their team leader.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of our investment philosophy and the investments we use.
- Responsible for setting up clients in rebalancing software and updating targets when a client’s allocation changes.
- Run rebalancing software to identify client portfolios that are out of balance and to determine what action, if any, should be taken.
- Cash Flow Planning and Cash Management:
- Manage appropriate minimum and max cash thresholds as well as recurring contributions and distributions.
- Confirm accuracy of a client’s cash needs with advisory team on a periodic basis.
- Propose and execute plans for RMDs and any account cash flows.
- Perform review of cash to be invested or generated.
- Appropriately manage cash flow of accounts to provide for timely collection of fees. Provide and execute recommended action plans to collect on any outstanding uncollected fees.
- Identify opportunities to harvest losses as well as opportunities to switch to a more tax-efficient (or more preferred) investment vehicle.
- Develops recommendations for client accounts for which we do not maintain discretion.
- Provide superior, friendly and knowledgeable service by telephone and e-mail with financial advisors
- Effectively prioritize work to meet trade deadlines and service level agreements
Qualifications
- Two years of experience in financial services required
- Experience working with RIAs and Independent Financial Advisors a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Equity and mutual fund trading experience and familiarity with Pershing, Charles Schwab Institutional, Fidelity Institutional, or TD Ameritrade Institutional a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Orion Software, Envestnet Software or Custodian website experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $75,000-$80,000 base salary compensation range. The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff for our Managing Director of AI—someone who combines strategic vision in AI with hands-on execution and technological know-how. - Coordinate solution build-outs with internal teammates and external partners: data/connectivity needs, tool selection, integration planning, prompt engineering, and rollout choreography
- Design change-management approaches that address skill gaps, cultural resistance, workflow disruption, and organizational readiness
- Partner with client leadership to sequence rollout phases, manage dependencies, and demonstrate ROI
Quality, Governance & Evaluation
- Set lightweight evaluation routines: accuracy metrics, latency benchmarks, cost tracking, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement cycles
- Establish prompt/playbook management, basic safety/guardrail checks, and UAT plans
- Build governance frameworks that enable responsible, scalable AI adoption across organizations
- Implement monitoring systems that track performance, usage, and business impact
Stakeholder Management & Enablement
- Lead standing client check-ins, executive presentations, demo readiness, decision logs, and release notes, presenting succinct options and recommendations
- Create comprehensive enablement materials: user guides, FAQs, training programs, and governance playbooks that empower client teams to operate AI systems independently
- Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, anticipation of needs, and consistent delivery quality
- Present to executive audiences with clarity and confidence, addressing concerns about accuracy, security, and adoption
Operations & Project Management
- Design and continuously improve the operating system for AI work: intake → triage → prioritization → delivery → QA → launch → measurement
- Manage staffing assignments and subcontractor contributions across concurrent workstreams; keep tools current (Asana/Notion, Google Workspace, Slack)
- Budget & scope control: track time against SOWs, flag changes early, manage vendors, and ensure on-budget delivery with clear documentation
- Establish shared dashboards for delivery health (timeline, risk, burn, dependency status) and run tight meeting cadences
Communications & Reporting
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and executive-ready presentations; synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Provide clear, timely reporting to the Managing Director of AI and stakeholders on progress, risks, and decisions
- Contribute to Human Agency's AI thought leadership through documentation of best practices, case studies, and insights
Who You Are
Experience & Skills
- 5-7+ years in operations, client services, product/program/project management, strategic support, consulting, or transformation roles with direct ownership of client-facing delivery
- Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects and organizational change initiatives end-to-end (scope, timelines, budgets, risk, and change management)
- Deep AI fluency: hands-on experience implementing LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and knowledge management systems; can shape prompts/playbooks, evaluate quality, and choose appropriate tools or vendors
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, when to use AI, how to design for reliability, and how to manage risks responsibly
- Proven ability to design repeatable processes and systems that scale beyond individual projects
- Experience with no/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier/n8n), knowledge bases, and modern AI tooling
- High proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack, and comfort with modern web and content tools; experience preparing polished executive documents and presentations
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences
- Bonus: Experience leading organizational-level technology rollouts, background in management consulting, familiarity with responsible AI considerations (privacy, data handling, consent, bias mitigation), or experience in AI/ML product development

Compensation
This role offers a competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and potential equity participation. Final compensation will vary based on experience, performance, and location.
