ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role supporting two teams: Technical Services and Support. Key responsibilities include delivering Disguise projects, providing on-site technical support, and managing support cases day-to-day when not in the field.
The Technical Services Engineer requires an in-depth understanding of various Disguise workflows, including Projection, OmniCal, SockPuppet, DMX, SLC, Notch, and RenderStream. This role also requires being a certified trainer, delivering official Disguise training courses as well as bespoke sessions customised to customer needs. The company will provide all necessary training to ensure your success in the role.
This individual will collaborate with various Disguise teams—including Sales Managers, Solution Design Specialists, Support Specialists, Software Developers, and Hardware Technicians—as well as third-party vendors and, most importantly, the customer. You will ensure that both in-house and visiting projects are delivered successfully, with minimal disruption, while consistently exceeding expectations. As a Technical Services Engineer, you are highly experienced in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
The Technical Services Engineer must be based in the APAC region (ideally in Seoul, South Korea or Hong Kong). You will be required to travel in response to global project demand. Both domestic and international travel is required (approximately once a month), sometimes at short notice. On-site deployments typically last 1–2 weeks per project.
This person will play a pivotal role at Disguise as the gateway between our technology, the customer and their audience's visual experience.

You are the technical lynchpin through the entire sales cycle - pre and post sales. You will work closely with our prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Your technical expertise in Cloudflare’s global distributed network and technology will allow you to find best-fit solutions for prospects, to train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person, through documentation, and to support the long-term success of the customer. As a subject matter expert on web/mobile security and performance, you are a trusted source for developing new firewall rules from log files, crafting performance caching and delivery strategies, and creating or repurposing internal tools and scripts for customers.
As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product, through to Engineering and Customer Support. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organization as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.

About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the System SW, you will serve as the architect of our core software infrastructure—the critical layer that keeps the entire autonomy stack running. This is a high-impact role for technical leaders who are comfortable working across architecture, implementation, and long-term system health.
You will go beyond individual feature implementation to design scalable, robust, and high-performance system architectures. This is not a support role; you will make design decisions that affect the entire engineering organization, identify structural risks before they become recurring problems, and turn ambiguous technical challenges into robust software that scales across thousands of sensors and vehicles.

About the Role

We are looking for talented software engineers who can design, implement, and productize technologies that precisely perceive the world by fusing data from various sensors such as LiDAR and cameras.
As a senior engineer, you will be expected to design a 3D perception pipeline that works robustly even in complex and unpredictable real-world situations, going beyond simple feature implementation. We are looking for someone who can solve various and challenging edge cases based on technical depth, from lightweighting deep learning models to synchronizing data from numerous sensors, and elevate the team's engineering standards to the next level.
