In this role you will support our Sales and Revenue teams by making data easier to understand and processes run more smoothly. What You'll Do

Support both recurring and ad hoc reporting across key sales metrics, including pipeline, bookings, forecasting, productivity, and overall performance
Maintain and validate sales data within CRM and associated systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy, completeness, and consistency

What You'll Bring

Job summary: We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and play a critical role in shaping how data, insight, and AI are translated into commercial advantage across the Revenue Organization. This role will act as a senior individual contributor and thought partner to RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.The Lead Business Analyst will own the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of commercial analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready reporting. They will work closely with Data Engineering and Systems teams to ensure data accuracy, clarity, and usability — while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes rather than reporting/predicting output alone.
Critically, this role sits at the intersection of data, AI, and people. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable enabling a frontline sales rep to understand and act on a dashboard as they are presenting strategic insight to a C-suite audience. They will also be a confident and curious adopter of large language model (LLM) tools — using AI to accelerate their own analytical workflow and helping the wider business do the same.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as the primary analytics partner to senior commercial stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Apply strong business analysis discipline — translating ambiguous business questions into well-scoped requirements, clear success criteria, and structured analytical briefs before any build begins.
- Proactively surface insights, trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making at leadership level.
- Support strategic initiatives such as CRM consolidation, demand intelligence optimization, territory and book-of-business changes, and forecasting improvements.
- Own end-to-end project management of analytics deliverables — from requirements gathering and prioritization through to delivery, adoption, and iteration — ensuring stakeholders are informed and timelines are met
Communication, Enablement & Influence
- Demonstrate exceptionally strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation — from crafting executive narratives for senior leadership forums to running hands-on enablement sessions for managers and frontline sales representatives.
- Translate complex data, AI outputs, and analytical findings into plain-language stories that drive clarity, confidence, and action.

Analytics, Reporting & Insight
- Own the design and delivery of executive-level dashboards and self-service reporting, primarily using Power BI.
- Ensure consistent definitions and calculations for revenue KPIs, North Star metrics, and commercial performance indicators.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance issues and recommend actionable next steps.
- Write and optimise advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data across our Databricks data warehouse and connected source systems.
- Leverage Databricks as the central analytical platform — working within notebooks, SQL warehouses, and the broader Lakehouse environment to build reliable, scalable analytical outputs.

AI & LLM Integration
- Be a power user and internal advocate of LLM-based tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude (including Claude Code), using them to accelerate analysis, generate and review SQL, draft communications, and surface insight more efficiently.
- Help define and create LLM agents for the Go To Market organisation – connecting context to frontline AI tools such as MS Copilot and Salesloft.
- Proactively identify opportunities to embed LLM and AI capabilities into BI workflows, dashboards, and analytical processes — raising the ceiling of what the team can deliver.
- Work with the Senior Manager of BI to evaluate and scale AI-assisted analytics approaches across the team, including the use of Databricks' native LLM and AI capabilities.
- Help commercial stakeholders and frontline teams understand and appropriately trust AI-generated outputs — building confidence in AI tools through clear explanation, demonstration, and enablement.

Data Modelling & Quality
- Partner with Data Analytics Engineers to define analytical data models that support revenue, pipeline, customer lifecycle, and performance reporting.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across the analytics layer, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact decision-making.
- Contribute to data governance standards, metric documentation, and reporting best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

- 8+ years of experience in a Business Analysis, Analytics, or BI within a SaaS or technology-driven organisation.
- Experience supporting RevOps, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics teams.
- Advanced SQL skills — comfortable writing complex queries, debugging data issues, and working directly within a cloud data warehouse environment; Databricks experience strongly preferred.
- Strong business analysis capability — proven ability to scope, structure, and document analytical requirements with rigour before moving into delivery.
- Proven project management skills — able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, set and meet deadlines, and maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills — a natural and compelling communicator in written and verbal form, equally effective presenting strategy to a VP as running a training session for a team of account executives.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering stakeholder enablement on data, dashboards, or analytics tooling — not just building outputs, but ensuring they are understood and adopted.
- Proven experience delivering executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting (Power BI preferred).
- Strong commercial and revenue-focused business acumen.
- Active and confident user of LLM tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic Claude in a professional analytical context.
Preferred Experience

- Hands-on experience with Databricks — including SQL warehouses, notebooks, and the Lakehouse architecture.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Success department as the first regional hire in EMEA. Initially we will hire one role in the region, with a plan to scale the department over time. This person will bring strong Services and/or Partner experience, and will operate at a high level very quickly. This role will report to the Director & Global Head of Partner Success.

This person will own a portfolio of Partners from a Services/delivery perspective and act as their strategic advisor. They will drive scale and maturity to help their Partners deliver high-quality results for our customers while expanding their Workato practice.

Internally, this person will work with other partner functions (Partner Sales, Enablement, Experience, Operations) and key teams at Workato (Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services). Externally, this person will work with partner leaders (executives, practice owners, technical leads, project managers, etc), and will also interact directly with prospective & existing customers as needed.

This role will be critical in building and scaling the global Partner Success department - creativity and hard work, combined with relevant (and successful) experience are essential.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities (~70% of your time)

Own a portfolio of Workato partners and drive them to achieve two primary goals:

Scale & mature your partners’ Workato practice - specifically, you will guide many of Workato’s highest priority partners (GSIs, large SIs, and priority boutique SIs)
Deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for our joint customers

To achieve these two goals, some of the primary day-to-day activities may include:

Build strong relationships with key leaders within your Partner organizations
Act as a strategic advisor to your partners:
Advise on practice/org structure, key offerings, and end-to-end Services methodology/related motions
Conduct partner QBRs & health reviews
Help your partners navigate Workato’s internal process (certifications, co-delivery motions, Product updates, etc):
Help partners win key deals:
Work with Partner Sales to guide partners to deliver high-quality & compelling proposals (validate proposals, align with internal teams on co-delivery plans, etc)
Monitor all projects led by your Partner:
Support any escalated/Red/Yellow projects, ensure metrics are tracked and reported, etc
Ensure close alignment between your Partners and the account teams (CSM, Account Executives, Professional Services, etc)
Scale & mature their Workato practice (the “Program Perspective”)
Deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for our joint customers (the “Project Perspective”)
Act as an internal expert & advocate for your Partners
Be the go-to person to handle internal questions about your Partners’ delivery capabilities, experience, success stories/case studies, performance/metrics, etc
Identify & track potential opportunities to bring your Partners into and coordinate with other internal teams to assess fit & handle logistics
Advocate for what your Partners need from Workato. Balance your advocacy with holding your Partners accountable, while always prioritizing the customer

Secondary responsibilities (~30% of your time)

Guide internal teams on Partner Success processes & ensure compliance
Rollout new programs/processes and ensure key audiences are informed
Support leadership with department building & other activities
Help define new programs, build processes & assets, track data, etc

Skills & Experience Needed

Experience

A Mix of the following experience is required (it is not expected that a candidate will possess all of the following):

Deep experience & track record of success in an Enterprise SaaS environment (often 8+ years, though responsibilities & results are more important than years), working in or alongside the following roles:

Partner Success, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner/Alliances/Channel Sales and/or supporting Partner functions, Software Sales, or similar roles

Strong Professional Services experience, including some or all of the following:

Building/scaling delivery practices (org design/hiring, building offerings with scope/pricing, etc)
Services GTM experience (managing sales cycles, scoping engagements, delivering proposals including staffing/scope/budget/timeline, writing SOWs/contracts, driving expansions/extensions)
Project management (ownership of scope/budget/timeline, oversight of delivery teams and SDLC/quality control, escalation management/project recoveries, formal certifications like PMP)

Define and own the company‑wide AI strategy aligned with core business goals.

Technology & Architecture (The “Buy‑vs‑Build”)

Partner with the CDO to ensure data readiness, quality, and accessibility for AI use.
Define the AI technology stack, including MLOps tools, vector databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Operational Assimilation & Execution

Integrate AI solutions into core business systems and daily workflows.
Redesign processes where needed to fully leverage AI, not just automate existing tasks.
Oversee model performance, retraining, and continuous improvement.

Governance & Risk Management

Establish internal AI usage policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with security teams to safeguard data and prevent AI‑related risks.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and the EU AI Act.
Promote responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.

Culture & Change Management

Lead company‑wide AI enablement and upskilling programs.
Support teams through organizational changes as AI capabilities evolve.

Who You Are:

A senior AI leader with several years of experience, including leadership roles.
Proven track record of delivering impactful AI and ML solutions at scale.
Experienced in influencing executives, boards, and cross‑functional teams.
Strong technical foundation in ML, AI, LLMs, and generative AI technologies.
Skilled in building AI systems end‑to‑end: from data foundations to deployment and monitoring.

Your Role:

We are looking for a proactive and analytically driven Business Analyst to join our growing Data & AI organization. In this role, you will explore data, analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and help shape the data-driven direction of the company. You will work cross-functionally with AI engineering, data architecture, BI, and executive leadership to deliver insights and solutions that improve business outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Data Exploration & Insight Generation

Independently explore large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Conduct exploratory data analyses (EDA) and build hypothesis-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Business Process & Requirements Analysis

Map and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business challenges into clear analytical questions and actionable requirements for data engineering and AI teams.
Define and document KPIs, success metrics, and analytical frameworks.

Metrics, Dashboards & AI Opportunities

Recommend new metrics, dashboards, and analytical models that add value to the business.
Identify automation or AI use cases—such as forecasting, anomaly detection, or personalization—based on data patterns and stakeholder needs.
Collaborate closely with BI, data engineering, and AI teams to ensure the successful delivery of insights and solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between business teams and the data organization, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.

Who You Are:

Core Experience & Technical Skills

2–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or analytics consulting.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience exploring large datasets.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and basic statistical methods.
Ability to write clear business and technical requirements.

Soft Skills & Mindset

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
Excellent communication skills; able to present insights to both executive and technical audiences.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.
