Opportunity

Brunswick is seeking an Account Director to join our Tokyo office to help domestic and international clients navigate financial, crisis and corporate communications.

Account Directors produce high quality advisory documents demonstrating a deep understanding of clients and issues. You will regularly be providing advice and analysis to clients, and developing an advisory voice informed by research, experience and awareness of market trends and events. You will manage some key workstreams as well as guiding Executives and Assistants on accounts.

As an Account Director, you will also begin to develop a network and build relationships with clients, media, advisers, Brunswick colleagues and other stakeholders. The Role

The Performance Marketing Manager on our team will help shape and execute our performance marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how people discover and engage with our ed-tech services. Your work will directly support client acquisition and revenue goals as you test new platforms, analyze performance, and stay current with the rapidly evolving digital landscape. What You'll Do

• Support and execute the direct-to-consumer growth strategy across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, etc., with the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end
• Test and evaluate new growth channels and tactics
• Optimize campaigns, audiences, and creative strategy to improve ROAS across the performance marketing ecosystem
• Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation to improve campaign performance
• Use SQL and/or Python to support deeper analysis, forecasting, and customer insights (nice to have)

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles, with a strong track record of contributing to measurable results
• Solid understanding of paid search and paid social, with familiarity across additional digital channels and their best practices
• Hands-on experience with key advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions tied to CAC and ROAS goals
• Familiarity with marketing automation and attribution tools

Compensation

The targeted pay range for this role is: $90,000-$120,000. Who You Are

• 6–8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in high-consideration or long-sales-cycle environments that require thoughtful lead nurturing strategies
• 2–3 years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in HubSpot; familiarity with Braze, Iterable, or similar tools is a strong plus
• Proficiency in email and SMS marketing automation, including segmentation, triggers, and personalized flows
• Bonus points for experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs) like Simon Data, Iterable, or Optimove

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role on the Client Services Team. You will operate as a relationship manager and point of contact for the client leading the implementation of the Fluxx platform. You will oversee and drive all aspects of project management relentlessly and professionally, from project planning and initiation through the implementation lifecycle, assuming accountability for all end results.

What we are looking for:

Salary:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $100,000-$120,000. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.

We’re looking for a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. This role is perfect for those seeking the opportunity to work with a diverse client base while enjoying the flexibility and rewards of private practice—without the hassle of administrative work. What you'll do:

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure (HIPAA compliant) Talkspace platform
• Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services
• Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner
• Complete your required clinical documentation after each client session

About you

• Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of New Mexico
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Individual NPI number
• Comfortable learning new online tools and technology

Compensation

• $70 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (this rate is prorated for 45 and 30 minute sessions)
• Additional compensation for asynchronous messaging
• Earn a new client engagement bonus, varying by plan type
