About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer enthusiastic to join our fast-growing company.
As a part of the Oracle Connector Team, you will be responsible to help build new features of our data pipeline service, help improve our software architecture, and maintain reliable operation of the service. We're looking for someone who wants to learn and apply the key values that make our product great, dive deep into complex investigations into data replication and build a world class ELT solution for Oracle systems.

This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Within JetBrains AI, we are collaborating with Zed on the Agent Client Protocol (ACP), an open protocol that lets AI coding agents work inside editors and IDEs. ACP is already supported in JetBrains AI Assistant, and the project is jointly governed by JetBrains and Zed. We see ACP as a long-term investment in interoperability, developer choice, and durable AI-powered workflows across the JetBrains ecosystem. (The JetBrains Blog).
ACP evolves in the open. Real-time coordination happens in Zulip, actionable work is tracked in GitHub Issues, longer-form discussion happens in GitHub Discussions, and substantial protocol changes move through the RFD process. We need someone who can help JetBrains shape that work from the product side: define the right developer scenarios, align internal and external stakeholders, and turn ecosystem needs into clear priorities for JetBrains and for the protocol. (Agent Client Protocol).
This is not a generalist product management role. It is also not a pure protocol engineering role. It sits between developer-experience product work and protocol evolution.

RSI is seeking a Database Architect to help shape and grow the company's database platform and capability through guidance, enablement, and collaboration. This role works alongside DBAs, engineers, and analytics teams to develop shared standards, foster good architectural thinking, and help teams make confident, well-informed decisions about database design across both relational and non-relational technologies.
A key focus of the role is helping teams understand and adopt data contracts, versioned agreements that describe schemas, semantics, quality expectations, SLAs, and change policies. Rather than mandating compliance, the Architect acts as a trusted advisor and internal expert, building the knowledge and tooling that makes doing the right thing the easy thing.
The Database Architect works closely with database engineering, product engineering, infrastructure platform, and BI & Analytics teams, influencing through expertise, mentorship, and practical enablement. Functional Responsibilities:
As part of Case Management, you will:
Take actions to improve on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Track and monitor the progress of multiple customer orders and partner jobs.
Provide excellent customer and partner service through relationship-building, partnership creation, and timely order updates.
Apply technical knowledge (or leverage subject matter experts) on manufacturing design and production to ensure timely job delivery.
Understand supplier capabilities and execute supplier oversight, including phone assessments, schedule creation, quality reviews, and corrective actions.
Assess the impact of manufactured part rejections and communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
Manage customer complaints resulting in product replacements.
Report status, risks, and recovery efforts for troubled orders and jobs.
Job Duties:
Document all case activity in the central database.
Utilize company technology platforms and comply with the Quality Management System.
Monitor the integrity of supplier quality metrics.
