We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. Biweekly engineering forums give space to share learnings and celebrate technical achievements. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
As Director of Product, Core Markets, you will own the strategy and execution that positions Fundraise Up as the category leader in key nonprofit verticals. You’ll lead and grow a team of Product Managers, collaborate tightly with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success, and engage directly with senior nonprofit executives on complex, enterprise-scale deals. This is a hands-on, results-driven role — you will set bold vision, raise the bar on execution, and drive measurable revenue growth and market dominance.
Core Markets represent the priority verticals where Fundraise Up has established strong traction and significant growth potential — including large Tier 1 & Tier 2 nonprofits across Cause & Cure, Faith-based, and adjacent segments. Your mandate: position Fundraise Up as the partner of choice and default platform within these key markets.
**Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain. Exercise caution and ensure the authenticity of emails claiming to be from our company.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in the countries where we operate.

So does the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer’s Association, and many others. We’re proud to maintain a 4.9 out of 5 rating on leading review platforms.
We serve the enterprise segment, with a primary client base in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.

Our platform powers tens of millions of dollars in monthly donations for nonprofits including UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association, with a 4.9/5 rating across top review platforms.
The Core Markets team is responsible for scaling Fundraise Up from $50M toward $200M+ ARR. We are looking for a senior Product Manager to own a strategic direction within Core Markets — one that requires thinking in years, not quarters.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role with no dedicated dev team of your own. You will work closely with GTM, and other Product Managers to identify the biggest opportunities, build conviction from evidence, and shape the long-term product strategy for your domain. The person who comes in will define what this area looks like — that’s both the challenge and the opportunity.
You are not here to execute a roadmap that already exists. You are here to figure out what the roadmap should be, make the case, and drive it forward.

Microsoft estimates there are 7M+ monthly active .NET developers worldwide. Our tools – Rider, ReSharper, and various profilers – reach roughly half of them. These users are experts with strong habits and strong opinions. They know exactly how they want to work – which makes them one of the hardest audiences to design for, and one of the most rewarding. Your craft really matters here.
We’re looking for a product designer to own end-to-end experiences across the .NET ecosystem. You’ll partner with engineers and product managers who treat design as a strategic input, not a final polish step, and you’ll ship work that developers use every single day.
You’ll move across products rather than specializing in one, which means holding complexity in your head and making decisions that work across contexts. You’ll also coordinate with the broader IntelliJ Platform design team – JetBrains builds IDEs across dozens of languages, and ecosystem coherence matters.
The .NET ecosystem includes:
You’ll work on whatever needs design attention, which shifts based on priorities. Recent examples include: designing an overlay system that gives ReSharper its own identity inside Visual Studio without adding clutter, integrating AI assistance into GameDev workflows where context matters enormously, and making monitoring tools feel like part of the IDE rather than separate expert software.
Expect variety and sophisticated challenges.
You’ll join a small design team (currently 3 people, including the lead) embedded in the .NET ecosystem. We’re building out our practices – prioritization frameworks, intake systems, and research processes – so you’ll shape how we work, not just what we ship.
The broader .NET organization includes product managers, engineers, QA, researchers, marketing managers, and technical writers across multiple products. Design partners with all of them. Here’s the thing: The engineers building these tools are also .NET developers – they’re your users. You’ll sit alongside the people whose workflows you’re designing for. That’s one of the rarest feedback loops in product design, and it changes how you work.
To be clear about what this role isn’t:
Send your portfolio, CV, and a brief cover letter explaining why this role interests you. We care about how you think: Your CV tells us where you’ve been, your portfolio and letter will tell us how you approach work. If you don’t check every box above but you’re excited about this opportunity, apply anyway – we’d rather meet you than miss you.
*Some benefits may vary depending on location.

Functions and Scope
This is an AI engineering role embedded in a commercial function. The primary output of this role is agents and automated workflows — built, owned, and iterated on by you. Commercial knowledge informs what gets built. The building is the job.
Commercial Operations & Optimisation
Workflow Architecture & Process Design
Agent & Automation Development
This is the core of the role. You will be building AI agents. If you have not built and shipped an AI agent in a professional context, this role is not the right fit.
Quality Assurance & Reporting

A note for applicants: If your experience with AI is limited to using consumer tools, prompting chatbots, or working within workflows someone else built, this role is likely a step beyond where you are right now. We are looking for someone who has built agents, shipped them into a live environment, watched them fail, fixed them, and made them better. That experience is the baseline, not the ceiling

At JetBrains, we create tools that are supposed to make software development fun and productive. As is known, the top fun in the development process comes from authoring build files—a unique combination of guesswork and riddle solving. With Amper, we want to eliminate all that and create a build tool that just gets out of the way.
Amper is the next-generation build tool for the JVM and the Kotlin ecosystem. It aims to make simple things easy while giving enough power to build tomorrow's Enterprise JVM applications.
The first experimental version of Amper was released at the end of 2023. Since then, we have been constantly iterating based on user feedback and evolving the tool, and presented it at the KotlinConf 2024.
We’re looking for an Amper Project Lead to take full engineering ownership of Amper. You’ll connect the dots and create an experience from the IDE to the build configuration language to shape how JVM applications are built. Along with a stream of algorithmic puzzles, architectural design, integration with the underlying OSes, and toolchains. Whether you are an expert with an in-depth understanding of specific areas or a specialist with a broad knowledge of technical areas, you’ll find a good fit!
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Developer Advocacy, and Marketing to define the product’s value proposition, define the features, implement it, get first users, and scale up.
*Some benefits may vary depending on location.

JetBrains creates tools that make professional software development a more productive and enjoyable experience for programmers worldwide.
Our .NET and game dev tools include ReSharper (an extension for Microsoft Visual Studio and VS Code-like editors), Rider (a standalone cross-platform .NET and game dev IDE), and a family of profilers and code coverage tools, including dotCover, dotMemory, dotTrace, and dotPeek. Marketing such a diverse family of tools is challenging, as it combines working with huge enterprises and small game dev studios, promoting a mature product together with its up-and-coming younger siblings, and driving the adoption of IDEs for daily use along with specialized profiling tools that users launch only a few times a year.
We create tons of content that serves marketing, educational, and promotional goals. Our dedicated team of developer advocates, technical writers, and marketing specialists collaborates with product developers to work on concise and useful guides, tutorials, landing pages, printed materials, and other assets.
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and open-minded person with excellent writing, video creation, and speaking skills to join and strengthen our marketing team and help us with content creation.
Work closely with the development team, product managers, and product marketing managers to determine the most important features of the product.
Create content like blog posts, videos, tutorials, screencasts, sample code, livestreams, and more. The content will be a mixture of product promotion with a strong focus on telling the story of how JetBrains products can help developers solve real problems.
Create, revise, and restructure a wide range of content on our websites, driving demand for the product.
Teach people how to use technologies and JetBrains tools.
Analyze the needs of both new and experienced users and help them learn to use the product efficiently.
A profound understanding of the software development lifecycle, popular development practices, and the tools used.
Knowledge of at least one programming language.
The ability to learn new technologies and grasp concepts quickly.
Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to tell a compelling story about a technology.
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Attention to detail and a self-motivated approach.
A technical background or experience working in a software development team (especially in the .NET or game development areas).
Experience working as a content creator or developer advocate.
Familiarity with JetBrains products.
If you have a portfolio of various content examples, both text and screencasts, please submit it with your application.
