The Product

Why Enterprise Security Engineer

We're building AI that handles real customer conversations at scale. That means identity systems, SaaS stacks, and endpoints that have to work, and stay secure, without getting in the way of the people building and shipping every day.

The threat landscape isn't standing still, and neither are we. This role exists because we need someone who thinks about security the way our engineers think about product: automate what's repetitive, build what's missing, and make the secure path the easy path.

The Role

You'll own enterprise security across endpoints, identity, cloud services, and SaaS applications for a globally distributed team. You'll work directly with IT and Engineering, and you'll use AI-powered tooling to move faster than any traditional security team. This role is for someone who scripts before they click, builds before they buy, and sees automation as a force multiplier, not a nice-to-have.

You might be this person if:

You automate repetitive security tasks before they become recurring headaches, and you reach for Python or Bash as naturally as you reach for a runbook.
You treat SaaS sprawl as an engineering problem, not an audit problem, and you build controls that scale without constant manual oversight.
You think about attacker techniques (MITRE ATT&CK is a starting point, not a ceiling) and design detections that actually catch things.
You've built or used AI-assisted workflows to speed up threat detection, alert triage, or security reporting, and you're always looking for more places to apply them.
You hold the "secure by default" bar without being the team that slows everyone else down.
You can explain risk trade-offs clearly to engineers and business stakeholders, not just security people.
You're never satisfied with "we have a tool for that" if the tool isn't actually being used well.

You need to have:

4+ years of hands-on enterprise security experience, with real depth in endpoint security across a MacOS-heavy fleet (EDR, NGAV, MDM).
Operational experience with VPN and ZTNA platforms, and working knowledge of modern email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Proven ability to secure SaaS platforms with preventive and detective controls, including DLP and logging pipelines.
Scripting proficiency in Python (strong preference), Bash, or a comparable language, used for automation, not just one-off fixes.

What you'll actually do:

Harden a global MacOS fleet using EDR, NGAV, and MDM, enforcing patching cadences and security baselines at scale.
Build and enforce IAM policies (SSO, MFA, SCIM, least-privilege), with automated provisioning and de-provisioning wherever possible.
Secure Google Workspace and the broader SaaS stack, implementing DLP controls and logging pipelines that surface real data exposure risk.
Administer and improve VPN and zero-trust remote access infrastructure for a distributed workforce.
Develop AI-assisted detection and response workflows, automating alert triage, incident timelines, and routine reporting.
Embed security into how Engineering and IT build and ship, not just how the company audits afterward.
Monitor the threat landscape, translate attacker techniques into actionable detections, and stay ahead of what's actually being used against companies like ours.
Build internal security tooling and dashboards where off-the-shelf falls short, using automation pipelines to close the gaps.

Added Value:

Experience owning a risk-based security roadmap, including prioritization frameworks that tie security investment to actual business exposure.
Deep familiarity with adversary tactics via MITRE ATT&CK, with hands-on experience designing detection and response strategies around those techniques.

Flexible Work Policy

Pay Transparency

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $190,000.00 – $230,000.00. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.

Coupang Ads is responsible for providing vendors that sell their products on Coupang with a host of marketing products and services. About the role

As a Software Engineer II on the Ads Experience (AdEx) team, you will build core features and services that power Moloco’s web-based campaign management portal (Moloco Cloud Portal, our Ads Manager UI). Your work will directly improve how advertisers create, manage, and understand their campaigns, helping them operate more efficiently and confidently on Moloco Ads.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and operate backend services and APIs that support advertiser workflows, including campaign creation, configuration, health monitoring, and reporting, in the Moloco Cloud Portal.
Own well‑scoped features or components end‑to‑end: requirements review, design, implementation, testing, launch, and post‑launch improvements.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Data, and ML partners to turn user problems into simple, reliable product experiences in the Ads Manager UI and via APIs.
Contribute to analytics and reporting capabilities by integrating with data pipelines and building features such as overview pages, charts, filters, and basic alerting.
Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of services you own (e.g., metrics, logs, on‑call playbooks), and participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis.
Participate in design and code reviews, learning from senior engineers while raising the team's quality bar.

Basic Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of software engineering experience in backend or full‑stack development.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Kotlin, C++, or Python.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design, with hands‑on experience building or maintaining web services / APIs.

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to be responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivables process. You need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experiences
3-4 years in accounting of multi-national companies, start-up experience is a plus
Written and verbal conversation skill in English & Korean
Strong knowledge of Excel, Accounting software systems (Duzone iCube, NetSuite, Concur etc.)
Good knowledge of taxes including VAT, WH and corporate tax
Understanding of US GAAP and K-GAAP regulations and financial operation process

What you'll actually do:

Prepare AP journal entries and assist in managing month-end closing and financial report
Own Accounts Payable system and support quarterly VAT (Tax invoices) filing process
Review employee expense claim report
Manage company credit card and reconciliation
Coordinate with accounting management in reviewing expenses against budget
Collaborate and communicate with foreign subsidiary accountant on ad hoc projects
Perform team projects and ad-hoc tasks in accounting/finance as requested

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
12–15+ years of software engineering experience with proven success in large-scale distributed systems.
Deep expertise in full-stack development using Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
Hands-on architecture and design experience with microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, and real-time data processing.
Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.
Proven ability to deliver rapidly and reliably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

The Role

As our Marketing Coordination Intern, you'll be hands-on with the tasks that take place behind the scenes to generate marketing campaigns that put Delight.ai on the map in Korea.

AI Automation Project

Over the course of the internship, you'll own one marketing AI project end-to-end. Daily Support Tasks

Beyond the AI project, you'll support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, including content, campaigns, and partner coordination. What you will do

Strategic Sourcing & Operations: Build candidate pipelines to support diverse representation at all stages of the hiring process, focusing on sourcing top talent from competitors.
Assist with day to day operations of the recruiting functions and duties to ensure a seamless hiring engine.
AI-Native Process & Data:
- Leverage AI tools to build and manage recruiting activity related reports, gathering and analyzing competitor data for strategic insights.

This is where research meets production. You'll take the latest advances in LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems and turn them into features that enterprise customers depend on every day. Not demos. Deployed, scaled, real. You'll also be expected to use AI tooling aggressively in your own workflow, automating pipelines, wiring together APIs, and building with agentic CLIs so your output compounds beyond what any single engineer could ship alone.

The Role

You'll design and build the core intelligence layer of our AI agents: retrieval systems, tool-calling pipelines, voice integrations, and agentic reasoning capabilities. You'll also be expected to use AI-native development tools and automation to accelerate your own work and the team around you. The right person thrives at the intersection of applied research, production engineering, and building with AI.

You might be this person if:

You read AI research papers and your first instinct is to run an experiment, not write a summary.
You've shipped LLM-powered features to production and you know exactly what separates a reliable system from a promising prototype.
You obsess over latency, accuracy, and failure modes. "Kind of works" isn't in your vocabulary.
You use agentic CLIs like Claude Code to move fast, and you wire APIs, automation platforms, or custom scripts together to eliminate repetitive work for yourself and your teammates.

5 or more years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI engineering.
Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, tool use, or advanced prompt engineering.
Working knowledge of voice AI technologies, including Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech, with the ability to evaluate solutions across quality, latency, and cost.
Fluency in Python with a track record of building and deploying production-grade services.

Design and optimize the full backend pipeline for our AI agents, including advanced RAG systems, function-calling tools, and core agentic capabilities.
Lead the integration and evaluation of voice AI solutions, third-party APIs, self-hosted models, and fine-tuned alternatives, with a hard focus on latency and quality.
Prototype and implement new agent methodologies drawn from the latest LLM and agentic research, moving from experiment to production when results warrant it.
Build and automate scalable Python services using agentic development tools, accelerating your output and reducing manual overhead across the full development lifecycle.
Connect tools, APIs, and automation platforms to build internal pipelines that save time for the broader engineering team, not just yourself.
Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into shippable features without losing technical integrity.

We’re seeking an exceptional Principal Application SW Engineer to join our Japan-based within the Application Software team, focused on localising and advancing Wayve’s autonomous driving technology for the Japanese market. This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping our AV capabilities in Japan from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the bring-up and early validation of our AI software stack on customer hardware platforms, ensuring seamless performance across diverse SoCs and operating systems. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Verification, Release, and OEM partners to ensure smooth integration and reliable delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Execute software bring-up on customer hardware platforms (e.g. NVIDIA Drive, Qualcomm Ride).
Port and configure Linux-based systems, QNX, and Adaptive AUTOSAR environments.
Integrate and validate drivers, middleware, and boot-time configurations.
Collaborate with Verification & Release teams to integrate hardware into CI/CD, HIL, and test infrastructure.

About you

In order to set you up for success at Wayve, we’re looking for the following skills and experience.

You'll own the product strategy for our AI Agent for Customer Service platform across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This isn't a regional mandate. The Role

As Head of Product, Korea, you own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Sendbird's AI Agent for Customer Service platform, from agent design and testing through deployment and live operation at enterprise scale. You'll lead a Seoul-based PM team, partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market, and report directly to the CPO in San Mateo. This role is built for a product leader who thrives with real ownership, real stakes, and a global stage.

You think about enterprise products across the full lifecycle: trust, safety, governance, observability, and what happens when things break in production, not just the happy path.
You use AI tools daily to move faster: automating research synthesis, generating roadmap briefs, building custom workflows that help your team make better decisions with less overhead.
You've shipped AI or platform products and can speak fluently with engineers about architecture without losing sight of the customer problem being solved.
You hold high standards for product craft and coach your team to get there by asking better questions, not doing it for them.
You move between executive conversations and team-level execution without losing fidelity in either direction.
You treat customer feedback as a primary input, not a post-launch activity, and find ways to stay close to the ground as the team scales.
You have strong opinions about what makes a great AI agent experience and can back them up with evidence, not just instinct.
You know how to build trust with stakeholders across Seoul and San Mateo simultaneously.

You need to have

Proven track record as a senior product leader owning full product lines or portfolios in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Experience building or scaling enterprise-grade products, with a clear understanding of what "production-ready" means for large B2C organizations.
Strong people leadership: hiring, developing, and setting the bar for a team of PMs.
Full professional fluency in Korean and English, with demonstrated ability to operate across global, cross-functional teams.
The ability to translate emerging AI and agentic capabilities into high-impact, practical product decisions.

What you'll actually do

Own the product vision and roadmap, balancing long-term platform bets with near-term enterprise needs.
Architect production-grade capabilities into the platform: trust, safety, evaluation, observability, and governance.
Push the boundaries of agent autonomy, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows with Engineering and Design.
Lead, coach, and develop a Seoul-based PM team, setting clear expectations and raising the bar on product thinking.
Use AI tools to accelerate your own output: automated reporting, roadmap synthesis, and cross-functional briefings that would otherwise eat your week.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities clearly to the CPO and senior leadership.
Pull real enterprise feedback into the roadmap by working directly with customer-facing teams and target account stakeholders.
Partner with Product Marketing to build vertical-specific value propositions across global markets.
Set the standard for product excellence and decision-making as the organization scales.

Flexible Work Policy

We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule.
