The Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) team is an essential and strategic group focused on the largest advertisers and agencies in the world to help them drive business growth powered by the best of Reddit.
We’re looking for a seasoned Account Manager to lead Reddit’s most strategic global partnerships (Tech) based in Seattle or LA. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll own one of Reddit’s largest global partnerships including agency and client-direct relationships partnering with your CP on driving measurable business outcomes and leading end to end execution of campaigns across various client KPIs.
This role is required to be based out of Seattle or Los Angeles.

You'll need real technical depth: the ability to debug data pipelines, read RL transcripts to spot issues, and make allocation and quality decisions in real time when experimental or production runs hit problems. You'll need organizational effectiveness in equal measure: the ability to navigate a fast-growing organization, quickly identify the critical people and teams across research, infrastructure, product, and data operations, and coordinate across them without losing velocity.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Aurora is scaling its autonomous trucking operations, and we need someone who makes our security tools actually work, not just deployed, but deeply configured, continuously tuned, and fully leveraged. This role is for the practitioner who has spent their career living inside security platforms: the person who knows their EDR better than the vendor's own support team, who can write a SIEM query from memory, and who instinctively knows when an alert is misfiring and exactly why.
This is not a software engineering role. It's a role for an elite security operator — someone with the instincts of a seasoned SOC analyst and the technical depth to own the platforms that power detection, response, and protection at enterprise scale. In this role, you will lead the team that designs and implements automated workflows, data pipelines, and integrations that transform manual compliance processes into scalable engineering systems.
This is a greenfield opportunity to establish the team, architecture, and integrations that will define how we approach governance, risk, and compliance at Anthropic. The core challenge is a data problem: compliance information lives across dozens of systems—cloud infrastructure, identity providers, HR platforms, ticketing tools, code repositories—and your job is to design systems that bring it together, normalize it, and make it actionable. Success in this role comes from understanding how systems connect and how data flows between them, not from writing code yourself.
At Anthropic, you'll also have a unique advantage: the ability to design AI-powered workflows where Claude acts as an extension of your team, handling tasks that would traditionally require additional headcount or manual effort. Acting as a Mechanical Assessor on projects, this person will be responsible for observing, identifying, and documenting all mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a given asset, identifying any deficiencies that these systems have, and providing recommendations with budgetary cost estimates for how best to correct the deficiencies. Additionally, Mechanical Assessors are responsible for leading and supporting more junior Mechanical Assessors on their project team, ensuring work quality for the mechanical discipline, interfacing with clients and their facility staff teams, and supporting the Project Managers in various tasks as assigned.

In this position, the ideal candidate will be able to lead the mechanical and plumbing portions of facility condition assessments on various asset types including buildings in the healthcare, education, sports, public, and commercial sectors.
