About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to join our Finance team
This role is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a rapidly scaling global payroll operation, work across multiple jurisdictions, and help shape processes and infrastructure as we expand into new markets.
In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations for employees across the US, Australia, and additional international locations, as our global footprint continues to grow. You will collaborate closely with HR, and external Payroll Vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations, accurate employee payments, and full compliance with all relevant tax and reporting requirements in each jurisdiction. You will also serve as the main point of contact for the employees’ payroll-related questions and concerns.
This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for the US, Australia, and additional international locations through our PEO partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Maintain and update employee data with the PEO, including onboarding, terminations, and compensation or benefits changes
- Review and verify timesheets, PTO, overtime, and other earnings or deductions before submission to the PEO
- Oversee payroll-related withholdings, benefits, and deductions processes handled by the PEO
- Partner with HR to ensure accurate employee information and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Coordinate and execute smooth transitions between PEO providers, including data migration, testing, and validation
- Review PEO-generated pay statements, reports, and year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.) for accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related journal entries in NetSuite
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Drive scalable payroll processes and workflows to support rapid headcount growth across new global territories
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and PEO service capabilities across all supported jurisdictions
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in US & International payroll administration, preferably through a PEO
- Hands-on experience working with major PEO providers such as ADP, Vensure, Insperity, TriNet, Mazars, or similar
- Strong understanding of US payroll laws and tax regulations (federal, state, and local)
- Strong experience with multi-state payroll, including varying state tax and compliance requirements
- Experience (or strong interest) in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, analyze payroll data, or navigate complex regulatory environments
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for payroll reconciliation and reporting
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

As an Expansion SDR (XDR) at Connecteam, you’ll be at the heart of our growth efforts in the US market.
This is not a cold outbound role — you’ll work exclusively with existing paying customers, uncovering opportunities to expand their use of Connecteam and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. Your mission is to turn customer insights into meaningful conversations, and those conversations into high-quality demo bookings for our Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing customers via calls, email, and social to identify upsell opportunities - 140+ calls per day (exciting, high volume environment!)
- Prospect into a defined target audience, focusing on accounts with high expansion potential.
- Book qualified demos for the Expansion Account Managers, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Manage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Partner closely with the Account Management team to share feedback on lead quality, potential new lead sources, and industry/product insights.
- Experiment with outreach strategies to different customer segments (by size, industry, or usage) to drive more opportunities.
- Contribute ideas, insights, and energy to help shape our growing XDR team.
Experience & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role (SDR experience is a plus, not required) – MUST!

Security Officer Positions:
- Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc.

Overview
An Engineering Technician IV provides advanced technical support for evaluating, troubleshooting, and repairing Depot Level Repairable and shipboard SSEE systems. The role supports fleet operations by resolving CASREPs, maintaining bench stock, assisting with future demand analyses, and offering on-site or helpdesk assistance as needed. Responsibilities include reviewing installation drawings, participating in Tier I and II meetings, ensuring APL compliance, tracking maintenance progress, and performing Beyond Economic Repair analyses. The technician prepares detailed repair and testing reports, manages data in MS Access, and uses advanced electronic test equipment such as signal generators, multimeters, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical evaluations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of Depot Level Repairable (DLR)
- Provide technical support to resolve Fleet Casualty Reports (CASREPs)
- Assist with maintaining and updating Bench Stock Repair Parts

- Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology, math, or science; or Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications; or four-year electronics apprentice program; or High School diploma or GED.
- Five (5) with degree/formal training or seven (7) years with HS/GED of practical experience to include: design, preparation, and modification of engineering documents and drawings.
- Required: NAVY SSEE_E, SSEE_F, and SSEE Mods evaluations, diagnostics, and repair knowledge of Depot stock material. Integrated lab testing and troubleshooting of SSEE material.
- Strong understanding of the interdependencies of equipment.
- Must be proficient with Electronic test equipment such as Signal Generators, Multimeters, Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
- Differentiator: Prior SSEE_E veteran technician with recent hands-on technical experience. CTM School.
- An individual shall have notable experience performing one or a combination of the following duties:
- Constructing components, subunits, or simple models, or adapting standard equipment; may troubleshoot and correct malfunctions
- Following a specific layout and scientific diagrams to construct and package simple devices and subunits of equipment
- Conducting various tests or experiments, which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures, as well as subjective judgments in measurement, selecting, preparing, and operating standard test equipment, and recording test data

Overview
An Engineering Technician 6 provides advanced technical support for evaluating, troubleshooting, and repairing Depot Level Repairable and shipboard SSEE systems. The role supports fleet operations by resolving CASREPs, maintaining bench stock, assisting with future demand analyses, and offering onsite or helpdesk assistance as needed. Responsibilities include reviewing installation drawings, participating in Tier I and II meetings, ensuring APL compliance, tracking maintenance progress, and performing Beyond Economical Repair analyses. The technician prepares detailed repair and testing reports, manages data in MS Access, and uses advanced electronic test equipment such as signal generators, multimeters, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical evaluations, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs of Depot Level Repairable (DLR)
- Provide technical support to resolve Fleet Casualty Reports (CASREP’s)
- Assist with maintaining and updating Bench Stock Repair Parts
- Assist with Annual Future Demand Analysis (Technical maintenance requirements)
- When necessary, provide onsite technical assistance/support to fleet activities
- When necessary, provide fleet helpdesk support and serve as a technical liaison between the fleet and NAVSUP PBLO command
- Review installation drawing packages
- Attend weekly Tier I and Tier II meetings to review actions and make recommendations
- Ensure compliance with Allowance Parts Lists
- Provide oversight on maintenance schedule adherence and progress reports
- Perform Beyond Economical Analyses on Depot Level Repairable (DLR) material returned from fleet - Assist gov't with developing, reviewing project documents
- Possess working knowledge of shipboard SSEE_E, SSEE_F and SSEE Mods systems
- Input daily repair log information using MS Access databases
- Provide detailed repair and testing reports for PBLO items
- Demonstrate expert experience using electronic test equipment such as (Signal Generators, Multimeters, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers)
Qualifications

Security Officers, sometimes referred to as Security Guards, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.
Security Officer Positions:
- Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc.
- Gatehouse: Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, control access to all persons to the property, etc.
- Front Desk: Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests with a courteous demeanor, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
- Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
- Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
- Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
- Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
- Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
- Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
- Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
- Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
- Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
- Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid state licensing
