About the Role
Roku is looking for a UX Product Designer with strong interaction design skills to drive improvements to our Premium Subscription services within The Roku Channel, with an initial focus on migrating our standalone Frndly TV live TV streaming service into our Premium Subscriptions experiences. This design work will involve UX for browsing and searching for shows, live TV guide integration, merchandising, subscription flows, playback, and more, with a strong focus on collaboration with other UX designers working in these areas.
The Roku Channel currently offers more than 50 premium subscription services – including Paramount+, HBO Max, and Discovery+ -- with more coming every quarter. Each features a consistent user interface to help customers enjoy their entertainment across multiple subscriptions in one place.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $185,000 and $210,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What You’ll be Doing
- Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to identify the problems, business goals, and user outcomes that your designs will address
- Design features for Premium Subscription services within The Roku Channel, with an initial focus on our Frndly live TV streaming platform, so that they collectively create a consistent, seamless, easy-to-use experience for customers to subscribe to and watch their favorite shows
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and developers throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with experienced User Researchers to gain insight on user needs, and to determine and execute the ideal research methodology to evaluate your designs
- Collaborate with other UX designers responsible for features related to browsing, searching, playback, live TV Guide, sign-up flows, and more
- Own your designs and communicate effectively, articulating your design decisions to colleagues from diverse disciplines
- Give and receive feedback in regular design critiques with your peers and during formal design reviews with UX management

About the Role
Roku is looking for a talented, well-rounded Senior UX Product Designer who can create useful and easy-to-use streaming experiences. For this role, we need a senior designer with extensive experience on consumer-facing products. This person is both a thinker and a maker - someone that is comfortable with thinking about customer value while still maintaining a command of design details. We want someone who is fluent whether speaking with designers, product managers, or engineers, with a track record of driving concepts all the way to launch. This person is focused on design excellence and is thoughtful about delivering design solutions that create engagement. The ideal candidate will have a track record of creating impactful experiences in the streaming industry. This person must be an independent operator, able to push projects forward on their own, while still proactively seeking stakeholder feedback and approvals. They should be pragmatic and guided by UX principles and frameworks for building robust and functional products. The candidate should demonstrate confidence in their approach while carefully assessing tradeoffs to make informed decisions. What You’ll Be Doing
- Explore design directions, analyzing the pros and cons of each, to arrive at creative, thoughtful design solutions
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, specs, and/or lightweight prototypes

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to join Archer’s Design Studio in support of our in-house Product Development team, to design digital interfaces, internal facing desktop tools. You will play a pivotal role in designing innovative features and products critical for our manufacturing and aircraft assembly efforts. Your work will shape intuitive, impactful, and scalable user experiences that align with our mission to build the future of advanced aviation.
You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders on our Business Systems team to design and develop interfaces that improve our manufacturing assembly line. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive solutions that will deliver our desired brand experience. They will collaborate proactively with other designers, engineers, and product users, gathering qualitative and quantitative data to make informed, human-centric design decisions. They should be proficient at converting requirements into practical product features that reduce confusion, increase engagement, and deliver delightful experiences.
The top priority is to keep the state of designs ready for development at least a sprint ahead of front-end engineers, when possible, and supporting them through phases of implementation (from “MVP” and beyond) to ensure ease and accuracy of development, as well as address unforeseen edge-cases that may arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate regularly with engineers, designers, product managers, and key stakeholders to deeply understand requirements, manage expectations, and conduct design reviews at least weekly to hand off finished designs ready for development, and perhaps more importantly, present unfinished work in progress to receive early commentary across the team.
- Translate complex requirements and concepts into intuitive user flows with polished, on-brand interfaces working within and contributing towards our design system, across all platforms necessary, including cross functional landing pages used across engineering and manufacturing disciplines to shop floor operators for data inputs and execution of tasks and works instruction, to ensure consistency across products and features while enabling tighter iteration cycles and faster implementation time for Engineering.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs to support rapid engineering iteration and validation through proof-of-concept demos.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine PRD’s, shaping product strategy, conduct user research and define usability testing targets to validate designs and incorporate feedback. Stay updated on manufacturing industry trends, user needs, and share these learnings with the team to inform and justify design decisions.
- Partner with Front-end Developers to proactively express design intention, understand technical limitations, and ensure seamless implementation of designs maintaining quality and functionality. Ensure visual UI quality and UX accuracy is being met across all browsers and devices as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in a senior or staff-level Designer role, with a well-rounded “Digital product design” portfolio with result-driven case studies.
- Proven track record designing SaaS products and complex technical interfaces, ideally for enterprise customers.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Claude Code, Claude Design, etc.) and producing high fidelity, on-device prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams, particularly in AI or data-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Familiarity with AI products and technologies and manufacturing industry or enterprise SaaS, and ability to work with enterprise systems like Siemens’ Opcenter, SAP, Mendix, etc. which have established systems design and constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Our Brand Studio seeks a Web Designer to create high-quality, on-brand web pages and visual assets for our marketing team. Working within our established web design system, this role focuses on visual execution from conversion-focused landing pages and campaign hubs to visual assets and lightweight web animations. This role works within Smartsheet's established web design system. You will not be designing or modifying system-level components, page templates, or global styles — those are managed by the Web UX team. Your focus is on high-quality visual execution: building pages, creating assets, and delivering polished marketing experiences using existing tools and guidelines.
You will report to the Design Director located in Costa Rica. This role is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica. You must reside in Costa Rica.
You Will:
- You will be the driving visual force for marketing our product, crafting high-converting landing pages, campaign hubs, and engaging digital assets.
- Create low-fidelity page layout wireframes to plan visual composition before building in our CMS (Drupal).
- Work with our analytic teams to rapidly iterate on designs for A/B testing and experimentation.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Design and build web pages across marketing touchpoints using established components and design system guidelines.
- Share and document your knowledge and perspective with peers.
- Advocate for process improvements related to production efficiencies and best practices.
- Manage a mix of large and small projects with overlapping priorities.
- Continually adopt new tools and practices as the work evolves.
- Collaborate with Motion Designers to create and implement lightweight, high-performance web animations using LottieFiles and JSON to enhance user engagement without sacrificing page speed.
- Collaborate with the Web UX team to ensure designs align with system capabilities before building.
- Design and produce visual web assets including background images, product visualizations, OG/teaser images, blog imagery, and iconography.
- Use the web component library in Figma to create mockups for landing pages, campaign pages, and promotional content — without modifying system-level components.
- Build and manage pages in Drupal using existing components and page templates; pass completed work to DXO for publishing.
- Reference Web UX team guidelines and demo/gallery pages to ensure correct component usage and layout application.
- Collaborate with the Web UX team to flag component limitations or inconsistencies.
You have:
- 5+ years in a web design or digital design role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, layout, and data-focused design.
- Experience designing simple solutions for complex problems and a stellar portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for typography, layout, data-driven design, and interactive web elements.
- Appreciation for user-centered design principles and how they inform visual and layout decisions.
- Proven track record for crafting simple, creative solutions for complex problems.
- A high degree of proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is a hard requirement.
- A strong understanding of CMS-based web environments and how design system components are structured and applied. You must be comfortable working closely with Web UX Designers and DXO to execute your vision.

- Hands-on, proven experience building and managing sites within Drupal or similar CMS systems.

Reporting to the Creative Director, a Staff Motion Designer at BILL is responsible for bringing the brand to life by leading the development, usage, and evolution of the motion discipline at BILL. Driving foundational work streams such as brand standards, motion style guides, and templates for the brand, and leading/delivering high-bar motion work for marketing assets across digital experiences, hype videos, educational content, campaigns, email marketing, events, and more. A Staff Motion Designer contributes to, interprets, and delivers upon strategic creative briefs for complex and large projects; seeks and shares necessary information from stakeholders and partner teams; determines the best design approaches for achieving results, and coordinates contributions from other design team members.
Additionally, Staff Motion Designers proactively analyze work methods and business constraints, and propose and drive programs and processes which reduce operational redundancies and drive the Marketing organization’s strategic goals. They actively network and conduct cross-team share-outs which help others understand how the motion discipline contributes to strategic business goals.
A Staff Motion Designer is an integral part of a Creative Studio team who mentors across creative disciplines, and collaborates across the BILL Marketing org to develop impactful work which delivers strong business outcomes. They act as design leaders, driving a design culture of excellence and growth, including identifying conflict and fostering resolution, mentoring peers and junior members of the creative team and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act autonomously as a creative lead throughout fast-paced creative workflows to deliver high-bar and impactful creative marketing assets, while balancing business needs with technical and creative constraints.
- Interpret and contribute to strategic briefs, evaluating and proposing creative approaches inline with business needs, propose design and motion solutions, iterate execution inline with stakeholder feedback, finalize and deliver creative assets.
- Succinctly and professionally present work, logic, and feedback openly to senior leadership and stakeholders across Marketing and other BILL organizations, explaining changing priorities and using compelling arguments to convey conclusions and ideas. Ask clarifying questions, interpret feedback for others, and propose solutions to address efficiently.
- Maintain and share up-to-date expertise and best-practices relevant to common workstreams and/or touchpoints. Seek and share similar information from regular stakeholders and partners.

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join Archer’s Design Studio in support of our in-house Product Development team, to design digital interfaces across mobile and desktop, internal and external facing. You will play a critical role in designing innovative features and products, ranging from internal proof-of-concept demos to customer-facing SaaS solutions for airline industry customers. Your work will shape intuitive, impactful, and scalable user experiences that align with our mission to deliver the future of cutting-edge airline solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop Apps that meet customers' needs. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive solutions that will deliver our desired brand experience. They will collaborate proactively with other designers, engineers, and product stakeholders, using qualitative and quantitative data to make informed, design-related decisions. They should be proficient at converting requirements into practical product features aiming at delivering fluid and immersive App experiences.
The top priority is to keep the state of designs ready for development at least a sprint ahead of front-end engineers, when possible, and supporting them through phases of implementation (from “MVP” and beyond) to ensure ease and accuracy of development, as well as address unforeseen edge-cases that often arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate regularly with engineers, designers, product managers, and key stakeholders to deeply understand requirements, manage expectations, and conduct design reviews at least weekly to hand off finished designs ready for development, and perhaps more importantly, present unfinished work in progress to receive early commentary across the team.
- Translate complex requirements and concepts into intuitive user flows with polished, on-brand interfaces working within and contributing towards our design system, across all platforms, to ensure consistency across products and features while enabling tighter iteration cycles and faster implementation time for Engineering.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs to support rapid engineering iteration and validation through proof-of-concept demos.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine PRD’s, shaping product strategy, conduct user research and define usability testing targets to validate designs and incorporate feedback. Stay updated on airline industry trends, user needs, and share these learnings with the team to inform and justify design decisions.
- Partner with Front End Developers to proactively express design intention, understand technical limitations, and ensure seamless implementation of designs maintaining quality and functionality. Work closely with QA Manager to ensure visual UI quality and UX accuracy is being met across all browsers and devices as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in a senior or staff-level Designer role, with a well-rounded “Digital product design” portfolio with result-driven case studies
- Proven track record designing SaaS products and complex technical interfaces, ideally for enterprise customers.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, etc.) and producing high fidelity, on-device prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams, particularly in AI or data-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and information architecture.

Raising the bar for UX craft and users, own end-to-end design quality for Pay-related features including mentoring other designers in the squad.

Own end-to-end design quality, which includes advocating for UX craft and users

Co-lead the product development process, influencing strategic decisions to improve the overall product experience, and ensure consistency

Partner with content designers, visual designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers across markets to build and ship experiences that represent the company vision

What We Look For In You

Must be native to crypto and have payments experience or interest in investing in Cefi or DeFi

Requires 6-8+ years of Product Design experience

Experience designing outstanding digital products in an agile development environment

A portfolio of design work that showcases modern design work that excites you and demonstrates your ability to design mobile-first digital

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project/portfolio experience

Deep understanding of human-centered design principles

Proficient in dissecting complex problems and tasks, translating them into user-centric, data-driven experiences that are intuitive and inclusive

Skilled in thriving within a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple dependencies, prioritizing tasks independently, and demonstrating flexibility while proactively addressing challenges

The salary range for this position is $178,888 - $268,333

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Meet the team:
Glydways is looking for an outstanding product designer to join the Design team and build phenomenal end to end rider and operator experiences. Our unique product offering presents entirely new experiences both for the rider and the team of operators managing our systems. Join a team forging a new path for autonomous mass transit as we develop completely new solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design clear, intuitive, and elegant interfaces for riders and operators.
- Create end-to-end product flows that simplify complex systems.
- Develop UI components and patterns that scale across platforms.
- Communicate design intent through prototypes, specs, and visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Uphold design quality and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 10+ years designing digital products, with a strong focus on UX and UI.
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design and interaction principles.
- A portfolio that demonstrates clarity, refinement, and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Photoshop, or equivalents).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across disciplines.
*The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California is expected in the range of $190,000-$210,000 USD plus stock options, commensurate with experience.
