The User Experience team at Roku comprises UX designers, researchers, and writers who work collaboratively with our world-class Product and Engineering teams to meet customer needs for a Roku experience that delivers simplicity and delight. The UX Research sub-team is a tightly knit horizontal resource within the larger UX team at Roku. 

About the role 

This role is dedicated to Roku TV (RTV). You’ll join the team shaping the vision and execution of our TV products and features, ensuring they continue to set the global benchmark for performance and ease of use. 

Roku is hiring an experienced UX Researcher to lead high-impact research across our full TV portfolio. In this role, you’ll deeply understand how people interact with Roku devices and ensure a cohesive, simple experience across partner brands and device tiers. You’ll operate at the crucial intersection of physical hardware and the Roku OS.
