About the Role
As an early member of the Bridge engineering team, you will be given the autonomy to work on projects that are truly global in scale and aim to give customers access to products they've never had access to. Many of the use cases that we work on today didn't exist several months ago and that's because our team is dedicated to constant improvement for our partners and end users. Our Engineers have outsized ownership over projects so if you are looking for increased autonomy working on a completely greenfield opportunity, Bridge is the place for you.
Responsibilities
Ship software to build out our suite of API products. We’re an engineering and API-first company, and you will learn first-hand and contribute towards building highly reliable, performant, and mission critical infrastructure serving thousands of developers across the globe.
Take sole ownership of projects, oftentimes without the support of Product Management, and liaise both internally with teams like Legal/Compliance and externally with our partners and developers.
Look for constant improvements to our product offerings with the explicit goal of improving the experience for our partners and end users.
Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.

Past experience working on crypto or financial products a plus, and while not required, we do look for people who are very passionate about building in this space.
Experience with building API products a plus, but not required.

Wholesale trade, a $55T global market, still operates like the world before the internet and modern payment networks: collection processes are manual and run on paper, short-term credit risk is assumed by the vendor, and businesses rely heavily on legacy ERP systems that don't talk to each other. The result is large, measurable drag — we estimate that vendors spend over $500B a year globally across industries on an inefficient mix of processing, bad debt, lending, credit insurance, software, and labor costs to get paid.
Wholesail is building a financial network from the ground up that connects the systems of vendors and buyers involved in wholesale trade to enable streamlined payment and the transfer of risk to third parties. This will allow vendors to offload risk and eliminate tens of billions of waste — while giving creditworthy buyers better terms and third-party capital, unlocking hundreds of billions (ultimately trillions) in additional sales. The primitives of this network scale across industries and geographies: a universal approach to ERP integrations, modern payment rails, and a live trade-credit bureau to underwrite risk — which we're calling Lighthouse.
Credit is the load-bearing beam of our network. Every time a vendor ships goods before getting paid, someone is taking a risk — today it's the vendor, tomorrow it should be a third party at a fair price. Getting that transfer right is what unlocks the next order of magnitude of sales across the wholesale economy, and the only way to get it right is to underwrite buyers more accurately than anyone else in the industry. Listen to the Visa episode of the Acquired podcast to learn how credit card networks did this for retail trade.
We think we're uniquely positioned to do this. Through Lighthouse, we're building a live, reciprocal trade-credit bureau: vendors on our network contribute real-time payment behavior on a long tail of SMB buyers that no traditional bureau sees. That data — combined with the bank, ERP, and transaction signals already flowing through Wholesail — is a modeling dataset that doesn't exist anywhere else. The first MLE on this team gets to decide what we build with it.
The problems are real and the stakes are significant. Our models directly shape the terms buyers are offered and the losses Wholesail and our capital partners absorb. There's no established playbook here and no legacy stack to inherit — you'll be setting the direction for how we do modeling, data engineering, and production ML at Wholesail for years to come.
As the founding MLE on the Risk Engineering & Capital Products team, you'll own credit risk modeling end-to-end — from problem framing and data pipeline design, through model development and validation, through production serving and monitoring. You'll work directly with the hiring manager, our engineering and product leadership, and our hands-on advisor Dan Massoni (former Chief Commercial Credit Officer of American Express) to decide what to build, explore features to model and how you’ll scale our approach risk scoring. .
Expect your work to span:
Wholesail is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. Employment decisions at Wholesail are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

Chime Engineering is growing rapidly as we scale to support the financial needs of our members. We are looking for driven engineers to join our Credit Risk Platform team, where you’ll build backend services and internal tools that help Chime manage credit risk and losses across all of our credit products, including Loans, MyPay, SpotMe, and a growing pipeline of new credit products in development.
This team is building a shared risk platform that expands with every new product we launch. A key part of the mission is being able to onboard new credit products as a platform capability, not a reinvention of decisioning, controls, and monitoring each time. You’ll partner closely with Credit Risk, Product, Analytics, and Data Science to help risk experts iterate safely using better tooling, richer data, and clear guardrails. That includes integrating third-party data sources and building systems that are reliable, observable, and auditable, because they sit on the critical path of member experiences and credit outcomes.

At Flexport, we believe global trade can move the human race forward. That’s why it’s our mission to make global commerce so easy there will be more of it. We’re shaping the future of a $10T industry with solutions powered by innovative technology and exceptional people. Today, companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—use Flexport technology to move more than $19B of merchandise across 112 countries a year.
The recent global supply chain crisis has put Flexport center stage as we continue to play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us.
We are building a new engineering team in San Francisco to own our client facing rates platform and the self-serve freight booking experience. These are two of the highest leverage surfaces in our Client App: how clients see pricing and how they book without manual intervention.
Rates sit at the center of every freight decision. You will lead the Autonomous Freight Systems team, owning the systems that power rate visibility, quoting, and pricing intelligence across ocean, air, and trucking. You will extend that work into a fully self-serve booking flow for smaller shippers: clients who commit freight on technology alone, with no account executive and no operations touch.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the platform that moves Flexport from an assisted-sales model to a tech-run one. You will lead an AI-first engineering team tasked with automating the complex logic of quoting and booking. This means not just building software, but building autonomous systems and AI-powered workflows that eliminate the need for manual intervention in the shipping lifecycle.

We are building Flexport’s client-facing rates platform and a new self-serve booking experience, moving the company from an assisted-sales model to a tech-run one.
You will help build the "front door" of our Client App: the interfaces and services that allow customers to see pricing and book shipments without manual intervention. This is an AI-first team where you will see firsthand how intelligent automation is applied to real-world logistics. If you are looking for a high-growth environment where you can see your code impact thousands of shipments across 112 countries, this is the team for you.

We’re a team that thrives on solving complex problems with innovative solutions that advance our mission. Checkr is recognized on Forbes Cloud 100 2025 List and is a Y Combinator 2024 Breakthrough Company.
About the team/role
We’re hiring an ML Engineer (P2) to build and ship the AI systems that power Checkr’s core products. This role sits on the ML team inside Checkr’s Data & ML organization within Engineering.
Checkr runs millions of background checks a year. The ML team builds the systems that make those checks faster, more accurate, and cheaper to operate: document processing, charge classification, entity resolution, and in-product intelligence. These are production services that Product Engineering depends on daily.
This is not a research role or a notebook role. You’ll own ML services end-to-end: design them, code them, deploy them, monitor them. We need someone who writes production software, builds with LLMs and APIs as first-class tools, and can tell the difference between working code and AI slop. If you’ve spent the last few years building AI-native software and you care deeply about engineering craft, we want to talk.
This role sits in the central Data & ML team within the Engineering organization. You will partner daily with Product Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams. You’ll also contribute to Checkr’s broader AI strategy, including our initiative to deploy our agentic fleet and build scalable context with our semantic layer.
We are looking for someone based in San Francisco who has built ML systems in fast-moving, impact-first environments. Less process, more shipping. Less paperwork, more results.

This is a high-impact role where you'll implement distributed database solutions that enable Gusto's continued growth and scale.
About the Team:
The Datastores Infrastructure Engineering team designs, builds, and operates the data platforms that power Gusto's product: MySQL, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, and S3. We ensure our infrastructure is consistent, reliable, and ready to support Gusto's growing needs. Here’s what we're looking for:
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $200,000-$230,000 /yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $230,000-$270,000 /yr for San Francisco, Seattle & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. About the Role:
We're hiring a Principal Engineer to serve as a Technical Lead across multiple teams in the Money Group – Gusto's fastest-growing organization and a cornerstone of the company's transformation into the Small Business Finance Platform.
You'll define the long-term technical vision for systems that power cash flow management, lending, expense controls, invoicing, payments, and tax optimization (something about consumer financial health?)– ensuring the architecture scales as we grow. This role spans strategy and execution: setting architectural direction across 5+ teams, vetting external partners, prototyping new product lines to unblock product decisions, extracting services from our monolith, and mentoring the engineers around you. You'll be the person who fills whatever role the group needs to hit its goals – from hands-on coding to strategic planning to unblocking other teams.
If you're excited about building financial infrastructure with real impact on the people and businesses that power the modern economy, we'd love for you to join us.
About the Team:
Money is Gusto's fastest-growing group, building financial products for both sides of the employment relationship. For small businesses, we're extending the category of employer-facing financial services – bill pay, invoicing, working capital, expense cards, and cash flow insights that help SMBs get paid faster and pay others with confidence. For employees, we build tools that reduce financial stress: on-demand pay, high-yield cash accounts, automated savings, and credit-building features. This is a deeply technical domain spanning payments infrastructure, lending, multi-party integrations, and mobile-first experiences – with the complexity and scale to match.
Together, these teams are building toward a unified financial operating system for small businesses – accounting, banking, payments, lending, and tax – all connected to Gusto's payroll and people platform.
Our unique advantage is Gusto's authority over payroll data, which we leverage to build a payroll-confidence engine no standalone fintech can replicate.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Mesh is hiring its first dedicated Corporate Development lead, a foundational role with a direct impact on the company’s trajectory. This is an opportunity to build and own our M&A and strategic partnerships function from the ground up. You’ll define how we identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact opportunities, working closely with leadership to shape where Mesh goes next.
From setting strategy to building a pipeline to closing deals, you’ll operate across the full lifecycle, expanding our capabilities, licensing footprint, and distribution through thoughtful, well-executed partnerships and acquisitions.
We're looking for someone who thrives in early, unstructured environments, takes initiative, and is excited to turn ambition into action. This role is hybrid, based in either San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY, with three days per week in-office.
What You'll Do
Who You Are
The annual base salary range for this role is $200,000-$225,000 in San Francisco and New York. This is the kind of place where you'll see your work ship fast, make real impact, and be able to point to something and say, "I built that." You'll grow fast, level up your skills, and get a front-row seat to how a high-growth company scales from the inside, with competitive comp, solid benefits, and room to stretch your craft all coming standard. If you're energized by building, learning, and shaping something big—this is where you'll want to be.
In-Office Expectations
Employees based in our San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time (approximately two days per week). This expectation may vary slightly depending on role, team, and business needs. Certain roles that require closer cross-functional collaboration or operational support may have additional in-office requirements, which will be discussed during the interview process. Our hybrid approach is designed to balance meaningful in-person collaboration, team building, and real-time decision-making with the flexibility to work remotely. Hover is looking for a full-stack engineer who takes ownership, moves with initiative, and cares deeply about building reliable, high-quality systems that power real-world impact.
Our Mobile team is a close-knit group of engineers across Rails, iOS, React Native, and Android who are deeply invested in craft, reliability, and customer experience. We own and evolve the mobile platform that sits at the core of Hover’s business — the systems that turn real-world property data into precise 3D models and measurements relied on by contractors and insurers every day. We collaborate closely across engineering, product, and design to continuously improve core customer journeys while scaling our platform with confidence.
In this role, you’ll work across the stack — designing scalable backend APIs, improving data flows, and refining intuitive frontend experiences — helping us build products that are performant, resilient, and thoughtfully crafted. If you’re energized by solving complex problems across systems and want your work to have visible, measurable impact, this is a place where you’ll do some of your best work.
You’ll design and build scalable backend services and APIs that power our mobile platform, while continuously improving reliability, performance, and observability across the stack. You’ll write clear technical specifications, contribute to architecture decisions, and thoughtfully evolve systems with testing and long-term maintainability in mind. You’ll debug complex challenges that span backend and mobile layers, collaborate through pairing and design discussions, and partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and QA to ship high-impact features grounded in real user feedback. Through this work, you’ll strengthen the foundation of Hover’s mobile experience and help us scale with confidence.
Bonus Points:
Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $239,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Wonderschool builds software that helps small business owners earn more money. We started with childcare providers because it is a large, underserved market where technology can have an outsized impact on revenue. But the model scales: we are building a platform and a playbook that will expand into other verticals.
We are heavy users of AI. OpenClaw agents run most of our operations: provider outreach, customer communications, enrollment workflows, compliance tasks. Non-engineers at Wonderschool spin up automations, cron jobs, and API workflows directly from Slack, without touching a line of code. We are now taking the next step: making AI agents reliable enough to build the product itself.
Our team is small and moves fast. We value engineers who are obsessed with outcomes, not process.
The North Star for this role: a system where a user signal (a provider revenue dropping, an enrollment bottleneck, a churn spike) automatically triggers a chain of AI agents that writes the product requirements, designs the solution, builds the code, reviews it, and ships it. No human in the loop for the routine stuff. Humans define what matters, train the agents, and review edge cases.
We are not there yet. You are the person who helps us get there, piece by piece.
This is not a 9-to-5 role. At this stage, getting AI agents to ship reliable production code requires close observation of what is actually happening in the codebase. When the system is working well, that monitoring is lightweight and mostly automated. Getting it to that point requires genuine commitment: watching the system, catching failures before they compound, and iterating fast.
We are also not looking for engineers who want to write code in isolation. If enabling non-technical teammates and removing yourself from repetitive engineering work does not sound appealing, this probably is not the right fit.
Base salary: $140,000+, depending on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and other forms of compensation.
Wonderschool offers a competitive benefits package, including:
San Francisco, primarily in-office.

Product at Brex
The Product team is at the forefront of Brex's mission to empower employees anywhere to make better financial decisions. With a deep understanding of the business, we identify and scope out the most impactful opportunities for Brex to tackle. We are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams — such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design — on key decisions. We set strategy and drive products from inception to launch, enabling Brex to grow rapidly and help our customers reach their full potential.
What you’ll do
As Director of Product Management, Banking + AP, you will define and drive the strategy for one of Brex’s most critical domains: the Operating Account platform — the combination of Banking and Accounts Payable that makes Brex the place customers run payments from day one. Brex's banking product is used by tens of thousands of businesses to store $10B+ in total deposits, and our AP platform moves over $1B across hundreds of thousands of transactions each month. This role will own the end-to-end product vision and execution across customer accounts, money movement, treasury capabilities, liquidity management, accounts payable workflows, and regulatory-compliant banking services.
You will define how Brex wins in this category — turning banking and payables into a unified system customers choose to run their business. By aligning product capabilities with customer buying criteria, partner ecosystems, and segment needs, you will strengthen Brex’s competitive differentiation and expand our role at the center of business finance.
You will set multi-year platform strategy, lead and develop a team of Product Managers, and partner deeply with Engineering, Design, GTM, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external banking partners. Your work will shape Brex’s competitive advantage in embedded banking and financial operations — making Brex indispensable to how businesses move and manage money, and enabling durable deposit growth as a natural outcome.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in either our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
Responsibilities
Define and drive Operating Account strategy
Lead complex, regulated systems across Banking and AP
Build and lead a high-performing PM team
Deliver measurable business impact
