What you’ll be working on:

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification 
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) 
• Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
• Current shifts range from (11am -10pm or 1pm - 12am PST)

POSITION SUMMARY
As the Director of Memory Care, you will provide leadership, oversight, and coordination of all memory care services to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for residents living with cognitive impairment. Responsibilities Include: 

Treatment Delivery 

• Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under the direction of medical protocols and company standards (all treatment types, and timeframes required).

The Senior Revenue Analyst is a key team member that is integral to the success of the order to cash and monthly close processes. Reporting to the Revenue Accounting Operations Manager, this role will balance day to day responsibilities as well as automation projects to improve efficiencies. We are looking for an innovative team member who can think outside of the box to help streamline processes within the team.

How you’ll make an impact

• Ensure accurate and consistent application of company’s ASC 606 policy via deal review and analyses for complex contracts as well as deal linkages and modifications
• Complete all required month-end close activities including revenue recognition, journal entries, and management reporting
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue recognition operations
• Maintain and update internal documentation for revenue policies, procedures, and controls
• Perform regular and special analysis to ensure proper contract processing and reporting
• Work with external auditors to provide support for annual audit

What we’re looking for

• BA or BS in finance/accounting, CPA preferred

Build & Scale the Residency Leadership Community:

Own Strategic Physician Relationships:

Partner cross-functionally to activate these physicians across product feedback, content, events, and thought leadership opportunities.

Be the Voice of the Physician:
Identify patterns across conversations with residents and physician leaders, and translate them into clear, actionable insights. Advocate for the physician perspective, especially in high-stakes product and messaging decisions.

Drive Cross-Functional Impact:
Collaborate with teams across Product (AI, Scribe, Dialer), Marketing, PR & Comms, and Legal to shape physician-facing experiences. Help ensure programs are compliant, scalable, and aligned with company priorities.

Build Scalable Systems & Programs:
Create repeatable programs for physician engagement, feedback collection, and activation. Maintain clean documentation of relationships, feedback, and commitments. Support and evolve Doximity’s broader advisor ecosystem, including Fellows, Advocates, and Next Gen physician programs .

Measure What Matters:
Define and track success through meaningful metrics such as community engagement, physician participation, and the impact of insights on product and business decisions. Share concise, actionable updates with leadership.

• Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts, especially exploratory data analysis techniques, and probability theory. Some exposure to machine learning methods (regressors, classifiers, etc.).
• Advanced SQL skills to create and evaluate complex statements involving numerous tables and data relationships.
• Proficient in Python and well versed in object-oriented programming concepts as it relates to data and Python.
• Proficient in distributed data processing concepts and execution (e.g., working with column stores, leveraging spark, etc.)
• Excellent visualization and storytelling skills to explain your results and solutions to the stakeholders, clearly and compellingly.
• Fast learner; curiosity about and passion for data.

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $190,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
