Position Overview:
As a lead within the Technical Program Management (TPM) team, the Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) provides strategic oversight and is fully accountable for end-to-end execution of complex, multi-track programs. The Senior TPM must orchestrate work between cross-functional teams, including product management, multiple engineering disciplines, quality engineering, regulatory, supply chain, sales, service, and external partnerships including enterprise customers, and partner companies. The Senior TPM is a high-influence leader trusted to ensure successful development, integration, and deployment of our robotic and analytics products.

Our BDR Manager for the Americas Enterprise team is a creative and passionate sales leader who views challenges as opportunities and has extensive experience running cold outreach campaigns to build a qualified pipeline. POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Demand Generation Manager, you live to build pipeline for our SDR and Sales teams. Your primary responsibility is to plan, project manage, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns designed to drive qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline into our Sales and Marketing funnel. You are highly organized because you will drive the successful execution and optimization of programs across multiple channels including email, direct mail, webinars, advertising, digital media, ABM, and content syndication.
You will juggle project timelines, competing priorities, and manage programs like a pro while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results against lead and pipeline goals.
You will also have a chance to flex your creative muscles. You will collaborate on campaign strategy, messaging, and channel selection to support multiple product lines and help accelerate revenue growth.

Summary
The primary focus for this position will be working with external brand partners, contract manufacturers of personal care products, and supporting sales and operations. Regarding external brand partnerships and sales, activities will be devoted to customer contacts, proactive problem diffusion, and management of all new projects and open orders. For operations, you will be working closely and communicating with the managers of each existing department to develop cohesive strategies and corresponding timelines for each new project.
