OVERVIEW

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.  

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team.  
• Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow; including but not limited to visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goals
• Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. 

Operations Associate Qualifications 

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder

 Operations Associate Schedule 

Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).

CANTEEN EXPERIENCE/SPONSORSHIPS

• Ensure best in class store experience for internal and external customers
• Collaborate with merchandising team to optimize the in-store demo program. Apply selling goals to all demo programs to ensure staff is achieving targets. Consistently analyze results and coach team to performance
• Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant Manager, Programming and Special Events to understand ticket sell through in order to maximize in canteen selling opportunities and KPI’s such as merch attach rate
• Partner with Sponsorships and Visual Merchandising team to maximize all Sponsorships initiatives
• Consistently manage Sponsorships deliverables to ensure client objectives are achieved while maximizing business and revenue potential
• Ensure all Sponsorships related supplies are ordered and accounted. Partner with Sponsorships team with any missing and/or damaged supplies

What is required?

• Ability to work at least one weekend day/week, but ideally both! 
• Open availability. This role is full-time, and you will be working approximately 40 hours / each week

As a Studio Manager within a Lucid Sales Studio, your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience. This role will report directly to the Market Leader to lead the studio team and processes that enable the studio to achieve their sales targets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury or hospitality.
• Automotive sales management experience preferred

• Experience making data driven decisions and holding team accountable to KPI’s

Customer Experience:

• Oversee the piercing customer journey from start to finish, including seamless greeting, check in, styling, transaction and service experience including aftercare education.

• Explain proper aftercare to each client, well-inform each client of any signs and/or symptoms of infection within the following days/weeks/months of piercing. Tailor aftercare information to specific materials and individual downsizing information.
• Thoroughly explain service procedure and risks to clients. Identify any medical concerns which may prevent piercing before the service and include suggested care and any medical complications that may occur as a result of the procedure.
• On the sales floor you lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.

Operations:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the piercing studio, working closely with the Store Services team and Store Manager.
• Support inventory management and feedback with Operations Lead & Store Services team to ensure optimal quantities & assortment are available at the piercing studio at all times
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained by following internal standards, and local guidelines. Ensure excellent cleanliness of the studio, maintenance of sharps and biohazard waste, and physical space requirements are met.
• Uphold legal compliance in all customer interactions including verifying proper identification, requirements, and waivers. Update Store Manager & Store Services Team on all local laws and protocol updates.
• Remain knowledgeable on Mejuri products and become an expert on the piercing jewelry assortment inclusive of labret sizing, materials, gemstones, and metals.
• Support the check up and downsizing process for each individual client.
• Style, stack, and suggest products for piercing clients. Provide expertise and planning to enable client to design their own ear stack
• Build piercing appointment occupancy through promoting, educating, and driving awareness of our piercing studio
• Communicate with Store Services to order necessary piercing equipment such as needles, latex-free gloves, sterilizer, alcohol pads, Q-Tips, paper towels, etc.
• Ensure all legislated paperwork and client record keeping is met and maintained at all times.

What you'll bring to the team:

• 2+ years experience with needle piercing.
• Experience working with threadless jewellery.
• Up to date with First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
• Experience working with an autoclave or statim.
• Have or be registrable with local law enforcement or meet requirements by area for permits such as the “Practitioner Registration”, Blood-borne Pathogens, First Aid/CPR, Vaccination requirements etc.
• Understanding of local market piercing law requirements.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols surrounding piercing procedures.

What is the Role? 

We are looking for retail Sales Associates (part-time) to join our CAMP King of Prussia, PA team. You will be responsible for guiding CAMP’s families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return!  This includes:

  • This involves engaging in conversations with families about what they are interested in and for what ages and introducing them to relevant items as well as items they didn't know they want or need, ultimately netting in purchases! 
• Welcoming every guest who walks into our store with a custom greeting and performing your own magic door entrance!  
• Playing with and engaging families as they journey through CAMP experience
• Demoing and playing with products
• Working at the crafting or slime bar
• Customizing personal shopping experiences for each family based on their interests and what they’d like to bring home that day.
• Checking families out at the register and letting them know about upcoming programs or other CAMP news
• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s through consistent commitment to providing best in class selling experiences
• Build repeat customer base by creating a selling culture that is approachable, unique and tailored to individual customer needs
• Support a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity and a passion for the Camp brand
• Assist in merchandising and replenishing the sales floor to ensure the store is fully stocked and always customer ready

• You handle weekly cash deposits with precision, making sure everything is counted, balanced, and deposited smoothly.
• You facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse, ensuring all shipments are prepared, documented, and sent on schedule.
